We always have an outstanding experience at Dakotas thanks to Amanda & Janice. From the moment we arrive, they are warm, welcoming, and attentive. They anticipate our needs, makes great menu recommendations, and ensures everything is perfect from start to finish. Their friendly personalities and professionalism truly elevate our dining experience. Amanda and Janice are shining examples of excellent customer service, Dakotas is lucky to have them!
Went tonight 7/23/25 for the first time and had the best barbecue ribs around.
The staff were all friendly and stayed on top of our drinks and actually showed they care about their customers.
Definitely will be back to try other menu options.
