I had to repeat myself three times when I called in my pizza. My coupon was for a three topping pizza and I got a two topping pizza.Would not recommend this location at least for call ins.The people answering the phone don't have a clue about their job.

Wanted to sit down and look at a menu, but had to stand there feeling rushed with the cashier waiting. They have 2 liters with everyone just touching the caps and such. Very unsanitary. Will definitely not be back.

We eat the lunch buffet here. They always have a good variety of pizzas out and the salad bar is great, lots of different veggies and salads. The restaurant is clean and kept up. Service is always good.

Family friendly? Not ANY customer friendly! I tried to order online, and the website would not accept my address. Called the store and the young girl answering the phone was so slow and unsure of herself, but I hung in there because she was trying to help me. By her calculations, I live .2 miles from the store so I should be able to get delivery. When we decided what everyone wanted, I called back and asked for manager because I was a big order and I wanted it done correctly and quickly. The manager was a huge disappointment. She took the entire order before checking my address and promptly told me no because I live 8 miles from them. THAT IS NOT TRUE! I actually live 1.6 miles from the store, so both of them were wrong. They lost a nice sized order/sale because they are so bad at math!! She refused to deliver to me 'for insurance reasons' when her calculations were incorrect. Perhaps they should give managers a math competency test. Very inconvenient and disappointing.
We ordered 50 Memphis dry rub wings and then they just put a container of butter and dry rub seasoning I guess they think we will toss them ourselvesI did ask for some “sauce on the side”They menu says dry rub is a tossed only. Yet they didn’t. Oh and by the way I never got the sauce I ordered.Their pizza has been bad for years but I thought the wings were pretty good. Until now the intelligence level at this store is really lowI have made my last purchase at Mazzios The reason for the 5 stars on atmosphere is because it was a to go order and I took them home
