Better than Main St. Sonic in Newcastle. At least here you’re not going to get a cup that’s been washed after falling on the ground or some cook manhandling your food with their bear hands!

Absolutely unbelievable treatment of a customer.
My wife stopped in the evening of September 6th for a quick bite to eat on the way home from an event. After placing her order she waited 20 minutes while other orders around her were filled. When it became apparent that her order wasn’t being made she pressed the button to ask for help. The employee stated that they had somehow forgotten my wife’s order and that they would now start making it. Another 20 minutes go by and my wife asks for a refund, because at this point a restaurant making food is just far too difficult. She was told that a refund can’t be issued because there is no management on site.
This is the legal definition of larceny. The employee could’ve grabbed ten dollars out of the till and my wife would have went on her way. Instead they practically held her hostage and refused product as well as remediation. I understand these buildings are staffed by clueless teenagers but there should be at least one adult with a functioning brain on premises to keep the children from committing obvious fraud. To the people of Blanchard, Oklahoma: go literally anywhere else if you value your dignity, sanity and hard earned money.

I can scrape the onions that I asked to not be added to the side, but nothing beats eating paper that's been smashed into your burger. 👍🏼

Its always super slow, orders are always incorrect. Braums is across the road and service and food are 100 times better. Im unsure why i forget how bad it is till i try it again.. charging for the cheese sauce for the pretzels is so ridiculous too..

Sometimes you wish they could do better had them make the same burger twice and still couldn't do that!

I wanted to make sure I took the time to post something about this Sonic. I didn’t want to bother the gal when I heard her actually asking other customers if they needed any thing else and then she worked her way towards me, as she had pretty much just given me my food. But kindly asked if I needed anything sauces or anything 😳🤯. At first I thought no I don’t, but I did want to more and she was actually carrying them around. It was so nice to be taken care of even better than expected. I did tip her when she gave me my food, but I wish I had tipped more. I’ll catch you next time….. good job hiring her. Thanks, Sarah.

Food is decent when you get what you order. They need to change some hours for some employees to get there by 7 when it is packed at breakfast time. 2 employees Workkng can’t happen, 1 working orders/making the food the other running the orders out. Takes them 15-20 minutes to get orders out because they don’t want to put more people in there to help out. Atleast the morning girls are nice, other than one of them talking crap about how I “didn’t give enough time before coming” when I placed a mobile order for 1 drink maybe 2 drinks. The drive thru window was wide open heard it all. It’s not like y’all make them before we come to get them anyway, they start making them once you say you are there. I don’t understand this sonic.
Customer service always great. Food and drinks great. But, had a hard time hearing and understanding the employee taking the order.
