Shitty services took 40 minutes to get my food when I got it. It wasn't right, missing my drink. Then the carhop/manager yelled at me. The workers had horrible attitudes, and no fast food should take 40 minutes.

Takes 15 minutes to get three drinks. Also don’t bother ordering ahead it’ll still take 15 minutes once you arrive to get your food. Also the food will be WRONG. Not hard to read a ticket and understand what people want and don’t want on their food.

I think they cook one order at a time here. I’m here waiting on my app order that I ordered 35 minutes ago. 1 drink, 1 cheese fry, and 1 cheddar pepper. No way it takes more than 6-7minutes to cook. I checked in around 30 minutes ago. I see on the kiosk here they’ve cycled my order through to show corporate my order has been done in a timely manner. Weird!

We just left there and got 2 chicken sandwiches. Unfortunately, they were both raw in the centers.. we thought the texture and taste were weird. Once brought into better light, they were completely raw. We tried to call to notify the management team so they don't serve more raw chicken, but the phones don't work. Sorry to anyone else who got raw chicken tonight!
Took my family here and it was a complete waste of time and money. Avoid this location at all costs!

I quit going to sonic years ago due to the insane long wait times for unpredictable quality fast food.
This spring, we started frequenting Sonic again due to a busy schedule and needing to feed work crews quickly.
We haven’t once been able to get our food and just go. Either the button didn’t activate for months, or we were just stuck waiting and waiting until we’d drive around to another stall or the drive through.
When the button does work, they have been forgetting our food EVERY TIME. After the screen goes blank, I press the button again, wait, and have to explain that I’m still waiting on my food. It miraculously appears each time, within seconds. Usually 15 minutes after I have ordered.
Today I purposely ordered small to make it quick. We were out of coffee at home so I rushed to Sonic before work. I ordered 2 drinks and 1 order of tots. It took 14 minutes and me pushing the button again to get my order. There were maybe 5 or 6 cars there.
It’s a bummer because sonic is the closest thing to my house but we refuse to go there anymore.

This used to be my go-to Sonic, but the last few times, it has been worse and worse. The first issue is we ordered large chili cheese tots, they were put in the correct size but not even half way filled, then the root beer float came deconstructed... a large cup of ice cream filled to the brim and a small root beer, how does that even make sense? ? and the new groovy fries were just greasy mess... Definitely need the original fry option back. I probably won't be back to sonic period ?
