Everything was cold we were missing our grilled cheese and bacon on our sonic cheeseburger . Food taste like it’s been sitting there all night until someone ordered it . Did call and talked to a girl about the missing items but hadn’t got into the food when I called and man it’s horrible so cold and old tasting !

If I could give zero stars I would. Over 30 minutes sitting in the stall waiting on one water is ridiculous. Never even got the water and left even after paying for it. Management needs to be replaced or do better at managing employees.

Matt was suppose to deliver my food 9 minutes ago so I buzzed to check on it and I hear him yelling in the background so I left and went to braums
About 45 min after eating , we had upset stomachs. Five hours later and my oldest has puked twice now. We think it was likely a burger or shake that upset our stomachs as the person who got chicken and a soda is fine.

I have to say, we go here all the time because it's convenient. But they never get the order right. I just had to go back in order to get my food they didn't include. When we went back they were very friendly but still, I shouldn't have to go back to the restaurant in order to get what I wanted.

I'd rate the food but we can never get anyone to answer the damn drive thru. Today there was a line and sat there for 10 minutes and still nothing. Same thing as the last 3 times. I shouldn't have to go to the stall for a lousy Dr pepper with to much ice. Save your money and just go to the one on hwy 9

It is sad that they don't serve gravy with the chicken strips anymore. I was served with no sauce of any kind. Nor was I offered. Fast service for what I got though.

Every Sonic location seems to be hit and miss lately. The quality of food has gone down and evidently each Sonic has their own rules for how long to cook food. Fries and tots have been undercooked and bland the last few visits. Shakes/blasts aren't always blended very well. Car hops have all been very friendly though.
