I bought a sub on the Tuesday March 18th ,my receipt says $17.02 but I'm card was charged $43 can't get subway to answer there phone to talk to them .

The owner must have quit accepting the coupons on the app. We used to eat here 2 or 3 times a week but 34$ for 3 turkey sandwiches is crazy. 17.99 for 3 was reasonable. Do better and allow coupons like all the other subways.

I actually hate leaving negative reviews unless they are incredibly deserved. This is the most unprofessional, gross, Subway I’ve ever encountered (yes, I know it’s a 1st world problem). Read Gorge Ruiz’s review and understand that I wouldn’t think it’s real unless I experienced this level of service myself. April runs the most ridiculous “restaurant” I’ve ever seen.

Was told by three employees that if I kept my cup and receipt that I could get free water refills. Go into today to do just that, and was told by the manager it would cost a dollar for a free refill. Lying to your customer is bad for business.

Walked in and noticed there was only one bag to an order which usually has 2 or 3 bags, so I asked, “There was supposed to be 2 cookies with this.” and the bearded worker responded “Maybe check next time before you assume we didn’t get your order right because they’re in the bag.” Granted, I should’ve checked beforehand and I apologized but I don’t feel like the snarky comment was needed. I’ve also encountered this worker multiple times in the past and usually received unpleasant experiences due to small inconveniences. Overall the food is fine, the workers just aren’t very friendly.

Went there to get a cold cut combo they said that they forgot to cut the meat for the cold cut combo but they can make me one out of three separate meats and charge me three times as much as the $10 cool cut combo so I walked what kind of service is that when they, say you have to pay for our mistake.

Glasses(non-closer) started off by greeting us with, "what are you doing here!??? I hope there's a tornado and levels your housewhile you're gone." No we don't know each other. Is this the kind of greeting that is deserved for paying patrons? Then he continued with," you better hurry because if theres a tornado I'm leaving." Honestly, he needs to be gone with or without a tornado. Over 20 years as a manager and never have I encountered anyone that made a single one of his comments. Much less all in 1 visit. He continues ranting about our presence at which point he says something about stabbing me. I just continue to place my order because my family wanted subway but after this visit if he is still there I will not be returning and trust me, I WILL make sure everyone I know does not support your business. His level of disrespect was through the roof and has no place in the work place. During our visit I dropped a singular pepper ring to which he spouted off,"you're going to pick that up!" I'm not sure if this guy is racist and didn't want us in there or if he is like this with others as well. The closer said,"don't worry sir, I'll get it." To which glasses said," no! He will sweep it up." He proceeded to bring me a broom and dust pan. At this point I'd had enough of his nonsense. I responded by telling him no. I don't work here, that's your job. Honestly, I don't ever have a problem cleaning up after myself or my kids but after his behavior I was not going to comply with him or his ridiculous actions or demands. Seriously, get this guy in check or I will escalate this to the next level. Again, the closing guy was courteous and kind. Very well mannered person. The only thing that kept me from walking out and going to get dinner from ANY of the MANY OTHER places to eat in Blanchard.
This is my local subway near my house so it is always 5 mins away. The food is always great there, they get your order exactly right, the staff are all friendly and helpful. I love that they have my order ready for me when I get there. It is just an amazing place to eat.
