This is my local subway near my house so it is always 5 mins away. The food is always great there, they get your order exactly right, the staff are all friendly and helpful. I love that they have my order ready for me when I get there. It is just an amazing place to eat.

I guess there is no point in "skipping the line" with a mobile order, because they will make you sit and wait for the 7 people in the store. Even if your order was placed long before.

Went to get a sandwich and watched one lady check people out, go back to slicing meat and bounce behind the other employee touching equipment and work on sandwiches all without changing her gloves. The other young man who made my sandwich started to assemble it and also went to punch some buttons on the register, when we requested he change his gloves before going back to assembling the sandwich he did but was visibly annoyed. At this point you know the whole store is contaminated and if I didn’t feel bad for him getting halfway through making my sandwich I would’ve just left without it.
Visited 15 minutes to close and still made 3 footlongs. Single server was not annoyed and was very kind and pleasant despite so close to close.

Rarely open, and when they are open, employees are hateful rude and lazy. The manager isn't any better, and the owner doesn't care. Will never eat here again. This has happened 3 times in a row. A mother with her children were there last time, and a child was crying because they refused to make her sandwich, and they were rude to her as well. One employee stated the phone was unplugged to prevent phone orders, as well as internet orders.
