I love Taco Bell, but everytime I come here the order is either messed up, or completely forgotten and I have to go to the register and wait for them to not only locate my order ticket, but make the food as well. I always order off of the app, and I have no trouble navigating it. Issues only occur when I have to go to actually pick these orders up.

Everytime we have ate here our order is wrong as you can see on the receipt pictured tacos were ordered no lettuce come with lettuce, then everytime I have ordered a cheesy double beef burrito I haven't recieved it. I don't understand how you can always screw it up in the exact same manner.

My wife wanted several items for our family my nephew went to the drive through to order them and pick them up. After he returned to our house, boy were we surprised!! Three items were made wrong. The soft taco had no meat; the burrito supreme had lots of refried beans but no meat; and the Crunchwrap had lots of lettuce and lots of tomatoes, a small amount of refried beans and cheese, and, you guessed it, no meat. I called and talked to the manager about it (all but the burrito supreme because I never knew about it until after the call). She said she would talk to the staff and remedy the problem and that I could come pick up more food for free. I informed her that I did not call to get free food. I just wanted to get the problem fixed so that other customers get what they paid for, nothing less. Customers, please check your food prior to leaving the premises to ensure your food is made correctly.
