We drove from Van Buren this morning to have breakfast, and it was 100% worth the drive. The scrap platter with biscuits and chocolate gravy were absolutely perfect!! We will definitely be going back and want to try some lunch!! Helen and her family are fantastic! We even got some marshmallow sticks from Rhett!! 😀

Asked for help feeding an elder homebound cancer patient and was denied because I had already helped someone else out last month. Customers pay for tickets for those who need a little bit of help, so it's not coming out of the owners pocket. When I used the first ticket I was told they only allow a person to use a ticket once a week and then when my husband who is native tried to use a ticket a month later, he was told he was only allowed to use a ticket once for life. They have a blessing box that the tickets are put in with a sign. Besides all that, the food isn't very good anyway. I would only eat there as a last resort and I was starving.
