Ordered a cheese burger and chicken bite basket, was told it would be 30 minutes, get there at about 25 min mark and it's "done". I didn't get all of my order and what I got was cold. Fries were old enough you couldn't even chew them

My husband ordered a chicken fried steak sandwich and onion rings. Bothe the chicken fried steak and onion rings were burned. He walked out without touching it. I ate my meal while waiting on someone to check our table but no one came over. The girl at the register didn’t even give me a chance to say a word about the food just told me the price. All the waitress were at the front register visiting with people. Very disappointed!

I did not care for the Rueben sandwich but everything else we had was good.
The food was awful that sausage gravy tasted like it had made up from the grease trap of the grill. Hotdogs were over done and the chili on them was dry and overcooked. Ruben Sandwich had cheddar cheese instead of Swiss and the meat was dry and the sour kraut was blah.

Ordered Elvin's platter and received the two smallest chicken strips I've ever seen. Half a slice of Texas toast was bigger than both of them together. EVERYTHING was soggy with oil and tasted like it had been cooked hours ago. I would add the photo to show you, but there's no place to do that!

The waitress we had was the worst ever. After sitting at our table she told us we would have to wait five minutes to order because the kitchen was backed up....cool....I'm a team player I have no issue with that. The issue comes when the wait is almost 30 minutes long without a word from you. Then you PASS our table and say "I'll take you order in a minute" HUUUHHHHHH!!????!!!.....THANKFULLY the other waitress came and took our order about TEN MINUTES BEFORE SHE EVEN CAME BACK AND WE WASN'T EVEN HER TABLE. So after she decided to show up to bring our food out I had to ask for utensils for us to eat or we definitely would have had to use our hands. Then after she gave them to us she took off and never came back to our table. It took us about 30 to 45 minutes to eat our meal and all of our cups were empty. She would walk right passed us and weren't offered refills or even checked on to see if we needed anything. RIDICULOUS!!
