Ordered a cheese burger and chicken bite basket, was told it would be 30 minutes, get there at about 25 min mark and it's "done". I didn't get all of my order and what I got was cold. Fries were old enough you couldn't even chew them

I did not care for the Rueben sandwich but everything else we had was good.
The food was awful that sausage gravy tasted like it had made up from the grease trap of the grill. Hotdogs were over done and the chili on them was dry and overcooked. Ruben Sandwich had cheddar cheese instead of Swiss and the meat was dry and the sour kraut was blah.

Ordered Elvin's platter and received the two smallest chicken strips I've ever seen. Half a slice of Texas toast was bigger than both of them together. EVERYTHING was soggy with oil and tasted like it had been cooked hours ago. I would add the photo to show you, but there's no place to do that!

The waitress we had was the worst ever. After sitting at our table she told us we would have to wait five minutes to order because the kitchen was backed up....cool....I'm a team player I have no issue with that. The issue comes when the wait is almost 30 minutes long without a word from you. Then you PASS our table and say "I'll take you order in a minute" HUUUHHHHHH!!????!!!.....THANKFULLY the other waitress came and took our order about TEN MINUTES BEFORE SHE EVEN CAME BACK AND WE WASN'T EVEN HER TABLE. So after she decided to show up to bring our food out I had to ask for utensils for us to eat or we definitely would have had to use our hands. Then after she gave them to us she took off and never came back to our table. It took us about 30 to 45 minutes to eat our meal and all of our cups were empty. She would walk right passed us and weren't offered refills or even checked on to see if we needed anything. RIDICULOUS!!

I made an online order and it told me order would be ready for pickup at 420 I ordered before 4pm. I walk in order not ready yet, cool I sit down for awhile then I’m told they are out of a product cool I am frustrated from having to wait 40 mins for 2 burgers and tots then to be told out of an order. So I ask for a substitute and what they offered I didn’t think was a fair trade for what I ordered. When ask if I could get a different item I was told the manager would have to approve it waitress walks back loud enough I heard her say he wants to you now and she walks out attitude ready. I explain what I was talking to waitress about and she proceeds to tell me how busy they were and they are out of biscuits for the item I wanted so I slowed down and asked if they could do me a customer a trade for inconvenience of not telling me they were out of an item and no way of a refund because of online order. They did do the trade great but when I finally got my order I said to the manager I was sorry if I came across rude expecting her to say sorry for inconveniencing me and you know be nice. She said we give attitude when it’s given??!! But hey I got a smile while she was being rude to me I don’t think I’ll ever go back to this place in this town or the other establishments. I’ve never felt more disrespected then I have at this place. The manager and waitresses act like it’s a inconvenience to serve customers and have no problem giving attitudes when a customer is obviously frustrated.
