Horrible! So dirty and service was SLOW! Waited 15 minutes to get a hamburger, McDouble, Mcchicken and a chocolate shake and they were not busy. One person in front who had already ordered when I arrived.. All the tables were dirty and I watched another customer go up and grab a rag from front counter to wipe a table to sit at. Worst McDonald’s I have ever patronized.

UPDATE: I received an envelope today in the mail hoping it was my refund. Unfortunately, it was not a refund, but a $5.00 gift card for MCD. This does not cover the overcharge and bad food let alone I was told it would be a refund and I get a gift card. It's not really about the money, it's about the principle and follow up.
Charged me for items I did not order or receive, but it was on my receipt. Wish I could have caught it before I left. My quarter pounder was burnt and my fries were cold. It has been years since I've been to MCD and this is one of the reasons why. I did contact management and they are doing a refund.

Wow not real busy waited for more than 20 min 6 orders in when order was placed. Not sure if the Big Mac chicken is supposed to have hard to chew chicken patties. I would have went back if I was not traveling across the country. 👎🏻👎🏻

I'm not a big fan of McDonald's, but this is the only one that I will go to. The food is always fresh and hot. And the employees are all so nice.
Drive thru was normal as could be expected. Food was out promptly.

A lady was working her tail off cleaning everything from the exit w Sign to lught fixtures. Her name was lily. Very kind and a hard worker. We need more ppl like that.
