On 12/5/24, my friends and I visited the Pizza Hut in Bristow at 11:45 AM and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. One of my friends has a history with one of the waitresses, and it appeared that they were discussing us openly, pointing and laughing in our direction. The service was subpar; despite us filling our own drinks, the staff approached our table two minutes later to ask if we wanted refills. Although we still left a tip, it was less than our usual because of the overall negative experience. We were truly let down by our visit to Bristow Pizza Hut. If you want a better experience, you may want to go at night time around dinner. The afternoon shift is normally the best all around.

This place is nothing like what it was a few years ago. It has been on the decline for awhile but normally it's just slow crappy service or the UNCUT pizza that bothers me. It must be super hard to cut a pizza before putting it in a box cause the manager is normally the one working the"cut" table and he can't seem to get ut done. Buy anyway the pizza has been bad last couple of times and after this time I'm done! Over cooked over priced and gross

Got our pizza home, opened the box and there was a long blond hair in it. Called the manager and he said that no one with long blonde hair works there...uh, yes there is and her hair was hanging down the front of her shirt while she was waiting on tables. I think I'm done with this place. 3 strikes.. you're out.

The food was good, but the customer service was horrendous. I seldom go there anymore and this time furthered my resolve to eat at places who want my business.
Parking: They do have contact-less delivery to your car when you preschedule it so you do not have to get out and go into the building if you choose this option.

FOOD POISONING Service was amazing! The restaurant was clean and super friendly! The bathrooms were warm and clean too!
Soda was great, breadsticks and wings were amazing! Pizza was horrible! After eating a slice of pizza not even fifteen minutes later my stomach killed me! Spent all night at home throwing up and dealing with food poisoning. Having to miss work and a day of pay while my babies get a sick mom.
Pizza was terrible. Tasted like they spilled a little cheese on the box lid burned it and called it pizza. Expected something at least close to advertised pic. ?
