This Pizza Hut Classic in Bristow is amazing!! We had a surprise party for my 16 year old son's birthday there in the party room and it couldn't have gone any better. His vibe is anything retro or nostalgic and his favorite food is pizza and this Pizza Hut Classic didn't disappoint. Checkered table cloths and stained class light fixtures. Chef's kiss! 😍 The three young ladies that waited on us were so friendly, helpful, and attentive. They were pros!! 💖 We drove about 40 minutes just to have his party at this specific Pizza Hut Classic and I'm so glad we did!! Oh, yeah, and the pizza was outstanding! I'm sure we'll be back soon. ❤️🖤♥️🖤

Totally understandable when their fryers are down but it doesn't excuse poor customer service for the rest of their business. When key personnel (manager and older employees) aren't there the quality in food has deteriorated and the customer service is lacking. Normally this establishment is right on the business but lately has been inferior.

Our waitress which I believe was manager was very rude. Took our drink order brought me sweet tea after I asked for unsweet tea due to diabetes. Brought my tea back asked if we was ready to order and my husband and son let me order first. I got a small personal pizza and side salad and she said will that be all and took menus up and I said no they would like to order to.

This location is a joke. It is a bunch of young kids that wouldn't know proper customer service if it hit them in the face. Rather be on their phones and chatting with each other then helping customers. The app was not working it was horrible. When I informed the cashier that the app was not accepting my card and maybe they should tell corporate to look into it I was told the app was fine it must be my card. I used the card at the kiosk at the store and it worked just fine. I then had to ask for my salad and when I did I got handed an empty bowl and when I asked what to do I was told go make it myself with an eye roll and a tone. I also then had to ask for my soda they had also forgotten to give me and the girl made a huge deal sighing and acting put out. This is not the first time I have been in and was treated poorly and the place was dirty this was just to bad to ignore this time.

On 12/5/24, my friends and I visited the Pizza Hut in Bristow at 11:45 AM and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. One of my friends has a history with one of the waitresses, and it appeared that they were discussing us openly, pointing and laughing in our direction. The service was subpar; despite us filling our own drinks, the staff approached our table two minutes later to ask if we wanted refills. Although we still left a tip, it was less than our usual because of the overall negative experience. We were truly let down by our visit to Bristow Pizza Hut. If you want a better experience, you may want to go at night time around dinner. The afternoon shift is normally the best all around.

This place is nothing like what it was a few years ago. It has been on the decline for awhile but normally it's just slow crappy service or the UNCUT pizza that bothers me. It must be super hard to cut a pizza before putting it in a box cause the manager is normally the one working the"cut" table and he can't seem to get ut done. Buy anyway the pizza has been bad last couple of times and after this time I'm done! Over cooked over priced and gross

Got our pizza home, opened the box and there was a long blond hair in it. Called the manager and he said that no one with long blonde hair works there...uh, yes there is and her hair was hanging down the front of her shirt while she was waiting on tables. I think I'm done with this place. 3 strikes.. you're out.
