The last three visits, my girlfriend has gotten the mini chocolate chunk sonic blast, and every time they have put the perfect amount of the brownie topping on top. At other locations the amount is iffy, usually too little, but this one gets it right every time.

I asked if they took a coupon and they said no, then ignored me when I tried to place an order. I was going to order food anyway even though they didn't accept the coupon but apparently she didn't care. Bad customer service. Whoever worked this morning 3/25/2025 around 10:45 am should get reprimanded.

Not a fan of the new fries..not to mention all the fries were tiny pieces as if the chips bottom of the bag. Rootbeer tasted water down.. I do love the groovy sauce!

Twice now I’ve gone to this location around 8:15ish (coming home from work) and have been told both times that they are out of chili or don’t have chili. I don’t usually make reviews (positive or negative) but really think this should be addressed since they are open until 10pm most nights.

Wait is terrible been goin there since they opened up the new sonic doesn't matter if there's 5 or 10 cars there they can't get it out in time.
My family and I got here around 6 pm, and it was kind of busy. They got most of our order correct, it was mainly the size upgrades we got but it was corrected and everything tasted great. I definitely recommend getting dinner here.

Sonic lost my business last night. The customer service is terrible!! I ordered a deal in the app, buy a chicken sandwich get the second chicken sandwich free. On my end it showed chicken sandwich and then the other three items I ordered and then at the bottom my free chicken sandwich. My son picked up our order when I got my order and it was only one chicken sandwich . I called them. I said I ordered it in the app they argued with me and said that I only ordered one chicken sandwich and it didn't show the deal on the receipt. Will I paid for a chicken sandwich so I could have got a free one whether or not it showed them that I ordered it or not I felt like but they said they couldn't honor it. This is not the first time that I've had issues with the Bristow Sonic there's been almost every time I go there some kind of problem so I'll just give my business elsewhere

Ever since they moved across the street they all of a sudden can't seem to make certain foods/drinks that they just did days before. Building looks great, service is slow and food is okay.

They just recently reopened this location. The fountain drinks taste like the syrups got mixed up in the lines. The crew members seem a little confused. And the drive through is slow. Hoping a few more months will have them back in the swing of things. The food was good.
