Sunday - Thursday they close at 10 not 10:30pm not lot says on Google. And half price shakes end in June.. that’s only a month into summer.

This place is awful. Kinda hope it goes out of business 🤷♂️. Many bad experiences here. Ride workers. Incorrect orders. Long waits. Rude owner. They'll literally leave you sitting at the drive thru speaker seeing how long you'll wait to just pull around. They literally find joy in intentionally inconveniencing you. Its sad, really. It's like they take no pride in running a good restaurant. Here's to never going back. Sucks. I love cheddar bites, but it won't be there. Do not trust the positive reviews of this place. I'm telling you they will screw you.

Got home & realized we're missing a drink. One of us went back for the drink, the other opened their sandwich & it was incorrect & was missing tomato. They seriously put a tomato slice in a bag instead of remaking the sandwich. By the time he got back my sandwich was a soggy mess & cold. Took it back, got it replaced but the rest of our food was cold by then. Contacted the owner who told us basically if we don't like it, don't come back! Freaking blew my mind! Who handles customers that way?! I'll never spend another dime there!

Atleast the buildings new so you hope its clean. I always tip one lady ten bucks the rest are rude. Ultimate burrito doesnt come with tomato also has bacon on it. Attitude is everything live the life you deserve best i can say!

The last three visits, my girlfriend has gotten the mini chocolate chunk sonic blast, and every time they have put the perfect amount of the brownie topping on top. At other locations the amount is iffy, usually too little, but this one gets it right every time.
I asked if they took a coupon and they said no, then ignored me when I tried to place an order. I was going to order food anyway even though they didn't accept the coupon but apparently she didn't care. Bad customer service. Whoever worked this morning 3/25/2025 around 10:45 am should get reprimanded.

Not a fan of the new fries..not to mention all the fries were tiny pieces as if the chips bottom of the bag. Rootbeer tasted water down.. I do love the groovy sauce!

Twice now I’ve gone to this location around 8:15ish (coming home from work) and have been told both times that they are out of chili or don’t have chili. I don’t usually make reviews (positive or negative) but really think this should be addressed since they are open until 10pm most nights.
