It's really frustrating to pay for something and don't get what you ask for. If you decide to eat here be sure not to order online because you run the risk of particular individuals not putting everything you ask for on your sandwich in hopes that you won't noticed because you ordered your sandwich online. The only reason I didn't bring the sandwich back was because I had to be somewhere but from now on I'll be returning it.

They cross contaminate the meat, the literally touch the floor never wash their hands and they never clean anything the owner Paul let's them do whatever they want this Subway is a biohazard...I advice everyone to eat at sapulpa subway

Service with the younger girls are mostly terrible. One new girl is great but the others have attitudes and treat employees and customers very rudely. Also in the evening time employees sit at the table with no welcoming nor getting up to make my food. I would wrather drive to sapulpa subway.

Ordered on the app left instructions that was barely followed the instructions didn't toast either sandwich when they was supposed to be toasted when one had bacon. The staff is rude when I come in and get irritated when asked to toast the sandwiches longer. Another time a worker got mad when I asked them to wash their hands.

Placed an order got there 20min later still wasn't ready and they were rude. Got home and the bottom fell out of the bag we lost $30 of food on the ground it literally busted open our protein bowls all over the ground. Called them up and all they could say is "We don't make the bags" no apologies nothing. Said a manager would call me on Monday it's Thursday never heard a word from them. Needless to say we won't be going back there.

Don't waste your money here. There are better places to eat in town. The kids who work here don't give a damn about their jobs or the customers and it shows in everything they fail to do. They are lazy and disrespectful. This location only accepts certain coupons, closes early before the stated closing time on the door and is unclean. Go to the Sapulpa Subway location inside Walmart and they will take any coupon available. It's worth the short drive to avoid this Bristow location. You won't be disappointed there.

I was trying to ask why they wouldn't take my mother's Subway coupons that I gave her to use and the girl hung up in my face I wish I new when the manager worked for I can talk to her about my issues i just have questions about the coupons an which ones they take....... My mother also said the are very rude every time she gos in there... She's is a older lady .. I would think they would be nice to her .. I no I would to there mother if she came in to my store!
