The bartender was very kind and courteous, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was charming. All of the people on staff seemed very cordial and outgoing. My food was a little behind due to a snafu in the kitchen, but they rectified the situation immediately. Very pleased. The price is a touch costly, but well worth it.

Been working with the Broken Arrow location on my Haunted History tours for 3 years. They always get it right, and if by some odd chance they don't, they make it right. The service, the welcome and the delicious pizza are always on point and a favorite with tour goers.

We had the weirdest experience at dinner.

When arriving our waitress asked us for our drink order before we even sat down or was provided a drink menu. Then the waitress couldn't open our wine bottle.

After our drinks, it took 50 minutes for our pizza and it arrived undercooked. The staff didn't know how to use a cheese grater and tried grating cheese upside down.

Halfway through our meal, a glass jar of oregano dropped at the table next to us, and glass hit my father in laws leg. No one acknowledged us nor ask if we were okay.

When the bill came, we tired to use our free garlic knot coupon, showed the waitress our code, and the email where it clearly states to show the restaurant staff the email. Our waitress then said she had to get her manager, went to order and fill drinks for the table next to us without any acknowledgement. Finally, we decided we'd just pay because we had a crying baby and it was 10 minutes of waiting for her. The waitress took our check, gave it back, and never said another word or apologized for our experience. Easy to say this was the worst experience I've had at a restaurant in a long time.
