They move like the slothes from zootopia I've never had such slow service i got here at 9:05 and I'm still waiting it's 9:20 and I finally got my order. Usually Arby's is fast this is definitely the worst one I've ever been to.

Its seem like every time I try to go there and try to order. It takes like 10 minutes for them to take my order and I would be the only person in line or at the drive thru, however, I just end up leaving and going somewhere else. I don't know if I ever ordered at this location before, because I just always leave. Might want to hit up your manage team on this one. Its always that location on 71st and elm

The food was pretty much what you'd expect from Arby's. I had an upset stomach afterwards but that may be due to me not eating fast food a whole lot. It tasted fine. The service was great! Very friendly.

Quite possibly the most consistent Arby’s around. Have only had one mistake in the past few years of patronage and George the Manager handled it and went above and beyond. This location is what all Arby’s should be.

Rude staff. Order was completely incorrect. Food was loosely wrapped and tossed around in bag. No sauce or napkins. Couldn't possibly be more disappointed.
