We went today and had the two for six dollars fish sandwiches. A small order of curly fries and two small fountain drinks. For the $13.63 cents that it cost I thought it was an excellent value. The fish sandwiches was better than Popeyes fried fish sandwiches. It was a better deal than McDonald's fish sandwiches. I recommend giving them a try. The young man who waited on us at the counter was courteous and professional.

Every once in awhile you go to a place and get superiors service. Today was that day for me with the gentleman that took our order through this Arby;s drive through. I wish I had his name but it was at 11:30am February 22, He went out of his way to give us great service. Well done.

I ordered 2 beef and cheddar for 7.00 and when I got home there wasn't even enough meat on both sandwiches to make one. Why offer specials if you take half the meat off. I won't order it again.

Tried the new hamburger. The purple onions great. All veggies fresh. Nice tomatoes, pickles & lettuce. The meat was thick, flavorful.The special sauce (thousand islandish) tasted good BUT way to much sauce. It was placed on both sides of the cold, fresh, untoasted bun. It was a slimy mess.Upon unwrapping the foil paper of the Burger, there was sauce all over the paper. There was no clean place to pick it up. I used many napkins & had to go get more to hold the Burger. I will never order the hamburger again. It was horrible messy.The Staff was kind, professional, considerate, nice. The restaurant immaculately clean, the experience was good. I will stick to their marvelous Arby sandwiches. They are not broken. They do not need to be fixed, no additions to the menu, please.

Will not be eating here again! I love Arby’s but watching an employee walk straight out a bathroom stall, not wash their hands, then walk straight back into the kitchen is absolutely disgusting!

We ordered through Door Dash for the company I work for and I called to check on the catering order and was talk to like an idiot and was told I how I should've ordered. When I asked for the GM I was told no manager was available except him and then he hung up in my face!!! What a manager....Door Dash has also been notified.

My family drove up to the outside order menu and waited over 10 minutes and then my fiance started saying hello? Finally a young man came on and said he would be with us in a minute. We waited another 12 mins with no response. No one was behind us, nor in front of us. We decided to pull around and just go inside to order. I walked in, and to my surprise, there were no customers inside and 3 employees standing inside. The manager (Lilly, is what she told me her name was there). When asked if someone could take our order because of our long wait for someone to acknowledge us outside....the manager turned around and said they were busy. The 3 employees then turned their backs to me....as stated by other reviews...and would not respond to our questions. When asked why we were being ignored by all three employees, she again stated "We have been busy". I/we have never been treated so disrepectfully by a manager at a restaurant like this ever. We postnthis in hopes that no-one else has to go through this rude behavior like we did. Again...there was no one in the drive up line, nor inside. Unheard of.Good luck
