The associate Jeffrey took my order in the drive thru and he was a breath of fresh air. It was so nice to order food without being rushed by an employee. Jeffrey had a great sense of humor and was very helpful. He deserves a huge raise. Thank you Jeffrey for being so genuine and kind. Love Arby’s and usually go to this location but today I ordered at the drive through and a group of employees were all smoking cigarettes right where you order I am pregnant and the smoke bellowing into my car was so gross and made me sick…couldn’t even eat my French dip from how grossed out I was…couldn’t even eat tell they left one older gentleman to run everything and he was amazing and sweet sooo that’s why I have a 2 star

Ordered the 4 for 10. Asked for two of em to be w cheddar. Got home and have 4 w cheddar. The guy at window that took order was George and this was at 853. Got home and found out that all were cheddar. Called the restaurant didn't get anywhere and then called corporate doubt I get anything out of that also. Disappointed and didn't have the money to lose nor my dinner. I'm going to bed hungry tonight I just moved and fridge not moved in.

Stopped in for lunch today, they were out of roast beef; which honestly wasn’t a big deal. What was a big deal was how the woman (I assumed was the manager) behind the counter was treating her employees. She made everyone in the restaurant uncomfortable so much so that an elderly woman in front of me turned around and stated she was scared to order. The employees were being so kind and just simply asking questions on behalf of the customers and she was behaving so aggressive, rude, disrespectful and talking to them in a way that no one should ever be spoken to. We left instead of ordering because we asked a question and the employee asked her for clarification and her response was NASTY. I won’t be back after that interaction and I hope those young employees get a job elsewhere because she’s not worth dealing with in any circumstances.
