Ordered 2 crispy fish sandwiches. After getting home and opening the sandwiches, they were chicken sandwiches. Wrapper clearly had crispy fish on it.

Came in for an interview today, but first ordered some food. I asked for 3 sliders, got 2, and while glancing the menu over, I was being rushed for 25 cents worth of meat a sandwich that are advertised commercially at $1, but are 2.50. So that's $6 I spent, and I'm not even half fullAs for the interview, I was overqualified for the position, had experience from Cheesecake Factory, and was talked to like it takes a degree to make a roast beef sandwich. Such pompous management

If only I can give this place a zero star review. I would!!! Was at this Arby’s today and received horrible treatment from the manager. Went inside to order. The manager was covering the register at the front but she never looked my way as I am standing in front waiting to order. I know fast food places can get busy so I waited to be served. There was only one other customer in front of me but he wasn’t standing directly in line. After standing there for 15 minutes without any acknowledgement from the staff. I asked the other customer to see if he already ordered yet and he said yes. Another customer came in and waiting with us. After a few more minutes of waiting the new customer finally called out “Are you guys not taking orders?” The manager then turned around and said “No we are not taking any more orders.” It was only 7 pm on a Saturday night and she refused to take our order but they continue to take orders from the drive thru. I finally spoke up and told her I have been standing here for a while and if she was not taking any orders why she didn’t tell us right away. She said they were backed up and can’t take any more orders. I looked up at their screen of orders and there were only 3 orders on the screen but yet I can hear someone ordering through the drive thru. I just couldn’t believe she refused to take my order. I was very angry and I left. My husband called that Arby’s right after and asked why they refused to take my order. She told my husband that if I had waited a minute she would have taken my order. How was I supposed to know to wait a minute when she clearly told me we are no longer taking orders. If she could have taken my order she should have said if you wait a minute I’ll take your order. My husband was still in the middle of asking her that and she hung the phone up.

Went there around 1pm today and ordered a regular roast beef and French dip meal and all were cold. Even the fries. Happens every time at this location and you’d think we’d learn by now. This location sucks.

Says they close at 6pm, Christmas Eve but I went and they closed early apparently at 5pm. I guess McDonald's gets my business feeding a house full of people. Good job Arby's ??

I bought chicken nuggets and when u got them they were old and hard, when I told the manager about this she got defensive about it and said she made them herself. Obviously a lie since they were warm and hard.

From pulling into the drive-through to getting my food was about 10 minutes and that's with five cars in front of me. The food came out hot and the customer service was extremely nice. My wife and I come to this location frequently when eating Arby's because the service is usually great and it's quick. Never had an issue here and the food is always on point.

Wife and I were in this Arby's shortly after 5:00PM, Thursday, September 14, and were going to eat inside. Probably took 15 minutes for our food. Everyone was also waiting and the drive through was backed up. What was 'unimpressive' is this full crew. Everyone of them acted as if they didn't want to be there! The person at the 'front' wasn't moving fast enough, so another member of the crew sent him back to the 'kitchen'. He wasn't pleased, as he tossed his headset. When my order came up, I asked for two kinds of sauce and napkins. I was given one kind, ONE NAPKIN! I had to ask again. I love Arby's. But I won't be back to this store!

Got a roast beef. Opened it up and it was the rind of the beef. About 8 inches long one inch thick wrapped around the bun like a smile. It was leathery gross outer skin of the beef. ARBY'S DO BETTER! DEFINITELY TOOK IT BACK AND SHOWED THE MANAGER. HOW DO U SEND THAT OUT AND CALL IT EDIBLE? WISH I COULD POST THE PIC I TOOK HERE!

Starting to go downhill. Was a good place to eat at but within he past 6 months the food and service has decreased. No attention to detail when fulfilling orders and the food is borderline warm/cold.
