The bill and Ruth's in south broken arrow on elm are better Atmosphere and quality food…. And staff is still extremely rude here. If you hate your job. Go find something else and stop being rude to the customers that are giving the company money for their product AND services

Great little sandwich shop a little pricey but good selection I like the super sub or the belly Buster. The drip beef is also very good but they need to learn how to make a cheese steak

The last few times we have eaten here and ordered 3 cheese and Avacado sandwich there is mostly lettuce and cheese, very little Avacado. Some of the staff ok but a few need help with customer service training. Will not be going back even though we live very close.

The service is nice but I asked for white n got wheat and putting lettuce on a Philly cheesesteak should be illegal. The one on 129th is way better.

I love this place, but almost every time I come they act put out as can be to take my order. Shame

Very clean and the staff was friendly. The subs we got were great, they didn't skimp on the ingredients. Loved the baklava too!

Chili cheese baked potato had a thick grease puddle on top, grose but that can happen with chili so I soaked it up with napkins thinking that would solve the problem until I scooted the potato over while stirring and found about a 1 inch deep grease puddle the potato was sitting in.

FANTASTIC customer service! The lady was friendly, got the order down exactly how we asked for it. Food was absolutely perfect and delicious. Will definitely be coming back to this location!

They don't have a handicapped entrance but the food is awesome ? ?

Very friendly staff and the food was absolutely delicious. Couldn’t have been greeted by more polite people. Absolutely will be going there again in the near future.

Okay...so the food was ok..they dont have fries or anything fried at all!!! Yep no burgers at this location of Bill & Ruths!!!!And a HUGE warning::::: the Cashier lady was DEMONIC ...literally!!!! Someone send in a priest!

Building doesn't look like much from the outside but they have good food and fast service! Convenient drive-through worked well. Tried today for the first time and will return.

I haven't tried the food yet, but wanted to say this place has the rudest service I've received in a long time. You could tell the cashier didn't want to be there and takes it out on the customer. Will never purchase at the Bill and Ruth's every again.

Love the gyro platter, only thing we ever order. Great portion, plenty too eat.

Kind of pricey for what I got, a French Dip sandwich. Very little meat.
