My business has me in Tulsa 3 times a year and make sure I stay at the Hamton across the street just for the Bill & Ruth access. Love their spaghetti and meatballs! And you have to add the jalapenos!

I have been going to this location for years, long enough that they know me. The owner Riad is wonderful as were his staff, Ahmed and Nizar. They now have new staff and management has changed and this is when it went down hill unfortunately. I was very disappointed when on a Sunday I called to place an order that my husband was going to pick up and had already left to do so. It was 10 till 6 and they closed at 6. I had hoped I got my order in before my husband got there because they have new rules now that you have to pre order to drive thru pick up. No issues I understand. When the gentleman answered the phone, he said he was closed. I said I thought you closed at 6. He said we do and I said it is 10 till. I was going to tell him that my husband should be pulling up but he just hung up on me. I was stunned! Poor service…guess I am now forced to find another sub shop! Signed Susan, former very loyal customer.

The Reuben was fantastic! Daughter got the East Coast Sub. Was ok. Hard to eat due to construction and bread fell apart. The service was friendly and knowledgeable. I would return for the Reuben and to try the gyro.

I walked in on my lunch break, it was a long line but it moved QUICK. Service was great! Food was even better! The small sandwhich felt like a big sandwhich! I will be back! Soup of the day was chicken noodle & tasted just like my mom’s homemade! ?

It was our first time ever eating here. I got the egg salad sub on wheat bread, it was the best I have eaten in a long time. The bread was so fresh. They were very helpful and kind

I never do food reviews but this place has disappointed me too many times. I eventually forget and come back every 6 months or so and then I remember why I said I would never eat there again. The service is great, the employees are friendly and fast but sadly the food is very disappointing.

I can't speak for everything on the menu, but the two items that I have had there first the Italian sub, I have had it many times and today I decided to try the Philly Cheese Steak. The problem with their subs is they build them like a taco, just slicing the bread vertically and stacking everything on top with the veggies on top which leads to lettuce spilling out everywhere and every other bite being only meat or only veggies.

Secondly and this applies to both sandwiches is for some crazy reason their default cheese for what seems to be everything is just shredded mozzarella or maybe cheddar cheese. It's hard to tell which it is but either way it doesn't go on a sub, it's the first thing they put on the Italian and it creates this blob of cheese that you taste first when you bite into the sandwich. I have no idea why they don't use deli slices. Also the pepperoni is just a few slices of pizza topping pepperoni, not deli slices, most of the sandwich had no pepperoni at all and there wasn't much meat to speak of it was mostly just lettuce and cheese.

The worst part of all was the Philly Cheesesteak. I was expecting it to be like most where provolone or whiz is melted into the meat but no they just threw the same shredded pizza cheese right on top after putting it together cold as ice. And there wasn't even very much just a light sprinkling of cheese sitting on top of the sandwich. Have they never seen a Philly Cheesesteak? I can't understand how they think this is anywhere close to what one should be. Also asked for grilled onions and they were barely translucent they certainly don't bother caramelizing them at all.

Overall I just can't recommend these two items and that is disappointing because they are what places like this should have mastered but both are very mediocre. I'll try again sometime in the future but I don't expect anything to change. For some reason places always have these blind spots where basic things they just get wrong in weird ways. I would love to speak to whoever came up with their menu and find out what they were thinking.

THE most consistently good food I've had. I've been going here for maybe 20 years and never had a bad plate. The sandwiches are great, burgers are great, the salads are great and all still at a very good valve.

Ordered 3 sandwiches with 2 bags of chips and they had the sandwiches finished by the time I picked out the chips! Crazy fast turnaround! Really nice service. Good food. Will return!
