It's been a long time searching for a restaurant that knows how to cook catfish, as so often mistakes of overcooked, undercooked, or worse old cooking oil. I tip my hat to the cooks at Billy Ray's. Don't know about the BBQ yet, but they know how to cook catfish!

A bit small of a restaurant but hands down the BEST CATFISH EVER! It is the single best thing on the menu. The coleslaw is also tasty.

The ribs were so good! I didn’t like the brisket, so I was surprised it was an up charge to include it in the pick two.
It's very hard for me to leave this review.We have enjoyed Billy Ray's barbecue many times we enjoyed the barbecue.I went in today.Explain my last adventure with a cat fish and explained.It was not so good.The last time we had came in. I came in today I got the catfish two piece and one side of the fried okra and even picked up the cherry copper. Ask for cocktail sauce and hot sauce. Maybe I was incorrect because I didn't check my order before. I left the location having hope that everyone had a their job. I got home. The catfish was okay but said par. The fried oaker was cold. I had no cocktail and few sleeves of hot sauce. I tried calling the location. Set on hold for over 12 minutes with no response. People wonder why business is going down. These few minor things is what makes the difference. I called the Tulsa location only to be told that I should be put into an inconvenience of driving back to the Broken Arrow location to point out to them. What they had already been done wrong even though I had already been setting on hold to reach out and contact them and ask for a resolution after 12 minutes.

2 peice catfish with fries? No it's one fillet cut in half. NOT THE SAME THING. Very disappointed since I spent 13$ No seasoning on it. Tartar sauce is like sweet mayonnaise. Didn't like it. Won't be back
