The old billy rays was so much better quality has went down hill food soggy ,customer service bad

Everything was burnt okra was like ash, the chopped beef was so burnt and tough you couldn't chew it. Hush puppies burnt. I was wondering why it wasn't busy now I know. Not good like it was, maybe a new cook.

Sometimes I'll go and the catfish is so good and flavorful. Other times, it's like they just put salt and pepper in the breading. So inconsistent. Really a shame because when I'm craving it, it's super disappointing when it's bland. I don't go much anymore because I don't know if I'll get Jekyll or Hyde flavor that night and I don't want to waste my money guessing.

Every time I order take out if I don't go inside to get it, by the time I get to the driver up and get my order it's partly cold be they take driver up order .the drive up window sure be for call in order only?

Baby back and spare ribs were very dry and tough chopped beef was very greasy no pickles no peppers no onions only car in drive thru had me pull to the back to wait for this bad dinner live in Tulsa not going to drive back over there

We have dined in
and usually a pick up order. We were very disappointed with what we got. The ribs were dry hardly any meat and seemed like they had been cooked the day before, no sauce. The fish was cooked so much that it barely had fish, mostly batter. No hushpuppies shrimp was okay.Baked potato was old too. No sour cream or cheese only butter. We ordered enough for 5 people, 2 forks no napkins. Left out 2 orders fries. Now, we have had much, much better food and usually order BBQ from this place. So, will probably try again, but that is all.

Ate @ the Tulsa location. Won’t be back - food was sub par You could tell it was all reheated Guess don’t eat here on a Saturday as you get the weeks leftovers. Catfish was good but that was bc it was fried just then. Also, staff wasn’t friendly @ all!
