This is the slowest Braum’s I have ever been to! I waiting line over 25 minutes multiple times I went there and no one shows any speed what so ever. Do your self a favor and drive to another one

Took forever to get our food. Employees seemed to be more interested in standing around chatting amongst themselves and playing around than working.

I have been at several Braum’s, but I will not be coming back to this one. Service was not good. I almost got overcharged $9+ for two burger patties (no bread) just the meat. But I caught it on time.
The main problem I have with this place is the dirtiness. This place was pretty nasty. I also observed several employees using the register and then walking and processing the orders without washing their hands or using gloves. It seems this is the norm for this location. This was on Sunday at approximately 7:30pm.
Very disorganized even when having to make two different lines, one to order the ice cream and the other line for the burgers. And then pay at the same register?
I almost took pictures of the handling of the food, but I did not want to expose any of the employees, and only because it was more than two using the register and then going to make burgers and cutting the bananas for the ice cream with their dirty and bare hands and on the countertop with older left over food. I believe this is not a fault of the employees, but the fault of the manager.
The glass doors from the ice cream were filthy and had food prints on them.
The floors were sticky and tables nasty also.
We were there for about 30 minutes and walked in to a huge spill on the floor with caution signs and by the time we left, it was still there. If I was a food inspector and saw this, I would have most likely shut them down immediately or given them a big fine.

This store is dirty. The order counter was dirty. The drink station was nasty. Service was horrible. Staff is inattentive. Food was wrong. Not much else to say.

Jr Burger was cold, cheese wasn't melted/melting at all. Other burgers were steaming hot. Store was really cold. So glad I had a jacket!

I like their cheese burger, fries and vanilla milkshake. For the price you can’t beat it .

Parking: Free large parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: No problem for children to eat here .

How is it every time my sundae order gets messed up. Always say no cherry and they put cherry on brownie fudge Sunday. Oh yeah and no brownie in today’s sundae and daughter’s ice cream was wrong flavor.
