Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

I only go to the Braum’s on Elm, normally I am in a great mood because of their staff and management. Yesterday was far from normal. I stopped at Braums for a large shake, just one. Easy order, one peanut butter shake.

1. We waited a few minutes to be waited on in drive thru, no big it happens
2. We get to the second window and are asked to pull forward, this was after waiting behind cars, who received their orders
3. We pull forward, they proceed to hand the people behind us bags of food and shakes
4. I waited a total of 13 minutes for one shake while they gave 4 cars their food and drinks
5. Employee brought my one shake and I asked her why I had to wait. She stated a large shake takes longer. So bull one shake doesn’t take more time than the food they had to cook and the 4 cars after me received these orders
6. The messed up, they shouldn’t lie
7. I have NEVER had this problem with any of the day staff, they are always friendly, always helpful, the manager Robyn is a great role model and the staff emulates how she presents herself.
8. Night staff, needs to be retrained, or replaced

Great food and great prices. In-store grocery items as well.

Nice Braum's as long as you don't want to order anything. They really could use some additional employees and employees who worked a little faster. Left without ordering anything because the line just wasn't moving. Maybe we went there at a bad time when they were having issues...

I have never had a bad experience with the Braum's on S. Elm Place in Broken Arrow. The food and service has always been excellent!!

I’ve been going here for over 9 months straight for breakfast, I always get a burrito by itself and the whole crew knows it!!! But today I went inside ordered my normal order grande burrito by itself and a lady comes in 3-4 minutes after me and orders. She waits for about 1 minute and gets impatient and says I need my order now because the drive thru line is long. Crew gave her order and she left. I was left waiting another 5min and finally got my order. I wasn’t to upset about the wait I understand completely! But when I got my food and started heading to the jobsite, I took a bite and it tasted like literal soap!!!! Never have I ever had an issue from the location but it looked like a whole different crew and couldn’t even finish it, im not picky eater no matter the taste, but it tasted like freaking SOAP!!!

I dont usually complain but had a very disappointing experience this evening. The service was very slow, took me at least 20 minutes to get 2 burger combos which i ordered before I went to the market side , the market checkout kid was incompetent, charged me the wrong price on the tomatoes I purchased plus was banging them around , even after I said something to him about it. And to top it all off, when I got home with my burgers. They had the wrong condiment on them. Asked for mustard and they gave me mayo and Braums sauce! Will be using a different store from now on!

Top notch food in the grocery. Bought milk and ice cream! Yum!
