Rock hard bagels.

They do not listen to what you want to order. Can’t tell you how many times I have received the completely wrong item. I understand things get busy. I don’t bother anymore.

After a 5 hour trip, my son wanted to eat here 15 minutes before their closing time. Before I could even get my change back in my wallet his order was on the counter.

I can’t stand ordering food from here and I work here the wait is not bad but every time I order a fry with extra salt extra crispy they screw it up and give me a crispy fry with no salt I’m half tempted to blow a gasket it’s like a shiny Pokémon cause you almost never see it fries with salt that is
