Disorganized long wait wrong items
Braum's is for sure our favorite restaurant. There is always a good vibe, the staff is very kind, and the food is amazing!
We always have a good time there!
Today I went to buy ice cream and what a disappointment the way the guy who gave me the ice cream by the drive thru treated me. If you are having a bad day, talk to your manager and go home. No one has to tolerate their bad faces or rudeness. The boy gave me the ice cream without napkins/spoons and when I asked him to please give me spoons he did it in a bad way. disrespectful.
Clean, great service, fast, Braums...
Braums is one of the top fast food joints to pick overall. But they are top 3 for ice cream deserts. I recommend.
I understand everyone gets busy there’s a rush, but when you’re only serving one lane for taking orders in the drive through it’s pretty frustrating to watch multiple people/cars pull up give their order and drive to the window. Meanwhile we’re continuing to wait for someone to take our order at the speaker.
Everything we go the store is always clean and staff is helpfull and nice
Had another amazing experience with Abby at drive thru! Always in a great mood, respectful, prompt, and does her job well! She definitely deserves a raise and recognition
Love the ease of running in for just some milk. I love their little grocery store side!
