Tonight they did everything right and they were busy. When I ordered I had cars behind me and the line was full in front of me. They moved us along in a surprisingly timely manner, cashier was fast and friendly and the food was all handed to me in one swoop. Drinks were correct and without ice as ordered and they even had my side of mayonnaise for my French fries in there already. I had ordered 2 #5s: simple bacon cheeseburgers I'd been craving. When I got home, they were still hot and juicy and big.The crew did very well tonight. They earned 5 stars.Parking: I didn't go in, but there's plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: I've been in there before and observed smooth ramps and automatic doors.

Usually these guys are amazing I ordered chicken strip dinner my chicken strips were hard and still the french fries were still cold in the middle I got two chair and limeades and there was no Cherry in it it was all lime mind you my husband ordered his food too he ordered chili and a medium french fry by the time he got home it was all cold I felt so bad for him please do better next time

Grown up in BA going to Braums. I love the company & how they do things. The burgers, fries, chicken & sausage gravy are delish, but the little grocery store inside of Braums is so underrated. They have fresh produce, all kinds of frozen dinners & desserts, + anything you would need to make great ice cream sundaes at home. The selection of ice cream is absolutely insane! They have a sugar-free section, sherbert, premium, frozen yogurt & a couple more!! All the flavors you can imagine, plus ones like Peach Cobbler, Black Cherry, Cappuccino chunky chocolate, banana bread, several Vanillas & I could go on!! It's a staple in this community & I love ❤️ it.

Went through the drive through. The workers were polite. Food was on par for braums. They were fast. Only complaint is that the fries were crunchy over cooked.
This is a very nice Braum's. The employees were cheerful, the ice cream amazing, especially the cappuccino. My husband got a double hot fudge sundae and the fudge was hot. When we were in the store it was very loud. This is because there was a group of about 8 older men who were all trying to talk at the same time. It would have been nice if they respected the fact that there were other guests there.Dietary restrictions: When you have a custom order, as I almost always have for breakfast, it seems they only get the order correctly about 5-10% of the time but they usually correct it correctly if you bring it back to them and explain what is extra, or missing they will take it back and fix it. It would be nice if they got the order correct the first time.

I actually used to frequent this braums a lot. Not as much but for no reason of theirs. I usually get a random amount of braums sauce and ask for extra toppings every time and this is one of the few take out places I don't have to "check everything is there" before I leave. The inside grocery area is nice and prices are quite reasonable. Love this braums and glad it is close to home.

I appreciate Braum's for their continued good value they provide in these inflationary times. Their burgers are just as big as ever. Their bag of burgers is a value that can't be beat.However today I visited this location and only ordered a cup of coffee. Despite it being 1:00 PM and the coffee having run out, a young man on duty offered to make a fresh pot just for my order. He then brought it to my table. Exceptional service.
