Adam and Alexia at the BA location are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. We love to go to this location due to the type of experience these two make sure to instill upon their customers. I had a TON of teenagers at my home today and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure that our order was correct and that I had all of the things to keep these kids happy on a hot day. Please let them know that their kindness and excellent customer service skills do not go unnoticed and are very very much appreciated. It takes a lot to have teenagers say thank you in todays times and they even said please make sure Nana someone tells them how great they were and that the food was amazing. Then of course they said, can we go back tomorrow and eat in instead, will they be there? lol. PLEASE PLEASE let them know how great they are. More businesses need people like Adam and Alexia :)

You guys completely forgot the sauce on my doordash order of grilled chicken tenders! People order bww for the sauces! Without it, it completely ruins the meal! Double check your orders. It's easy to do. I'd rather have my sauce then the $5 doordash offered me in a refund.

Regardless of how early you place the order?Or how small it may be.This location could not get a to go order together on time to save their life. Consistently ten to fifteen minutes late or more.
Update....bahahahaha, you want me to do you a favor and help you out by reporting elsewhere. No thanks.I have already done way too much as a paying customer who was thrown out for falling asleep because he was waiting too long for your food. I don't care if the guy continues being his behavior or if the store continues to be late with people's food. In fact, I hope he does continue to do it so you guys can move out and a decent restaurant can replace you.

Always a good spot for beer and wings. The service and food seems to be a lot better and more consistent at the Broken Arrow location over the other locations in the area.

Food was good. Shout out to Allie who was our waitress. She needs 5 stars, she was working and serving customers while her coworkers seemed to be slacking off and bullshitting. First point, if you are going to sit a customer next to the hostess stand, I would advise the young adult gossip to be not where the customers can here everything. Unfortunately, we sat in direct line of sight of the kitchen. 99% of the staff was younger. Early 20s. Watched almost every waiter and waitress chew food while grabbing table orders, grabbing food off orders that were about to go to a table, staff standing next to a full table order and flipped their hair over the food, walked/sneezed/coughed right by the food. The poor manager seemed to be fighting off the chaos and correcting he could see. It seemed someone of higher management was hanging around to talk with staff. Overall, probably won't be back. Still can't believe a server is eating and touching food that's going out to customers.

The boneless wings were all "batter and no meat". The old dry rub garlic/ Parm was great on traditional wings, but the new sauces version is like they poured margarine and salad dressing on the wings. Burgers good. Sorry, Bw's not what you used to be.
