I went to burger king, excited to get my hands on the Spongebob meal. As a life long Spongebob fan, I was willing to wait in line as long as I got it. I waited for nearly 20 minutes to even order, then another 20 to get the food. I was fine with it. When I ordered they told me the drink machine was down, so I wouldn't get the pineapple drink. Thats fine, I mostly wanted the pie anyways. I get my food, understanding they were understaffed, I was nice. As well as the Spongebob meal, I ordered for my boyfriend. He wanted a milkshake and some burgers. When I get home I notice they never gave me the shake... Mistake on my part for not reminding them. But they also didn't give me the pie in the meal. I only got the burger and cheese tots. I waited for nearly an hour for basically nothing and paid $15 for a burger and tots. Even the tots tasted hard like theyd been sitting out. I'm extremely dissapointed. I don't even want to go back to get a refund because it'll take forever. I just wanted to enjoy my favorite sponge and some pie and didn't even get that. I know youre understaffed but, how do you forget one of the 3 things in the meal like that.

Rebekah the cashier is so rude and dismissive. She had an attitude the whole time we were ordering. She kept stalling to take our order as if it were difficult to take a sandwich order. She really needs to work on her costumer service and attitude. Anything we would ask her, she would drag her attitude with her. I really wish I could’ve enjoyed my meal but jeez…. It wasn’t even a busy time to eat. Someone can’t come in to a restaurant to order anymore? The assistant manager Ari, is super kind and took great care of us. He had such a sweet smile and deserves his role.

Pete the night manager I encountered today was way out of line. He accosted my husband & me over paying for water. He first shouted at us that we will have to pay for water, when I asked why he said it’s policy. I explained I have never paid for water at any Burger King location & he continued to yell at us in front of other customers. When I asked for his name he would not give it to me. Another employee did. Never had a bad customer service experience at a BK until now. Definitely wasn’t about to order after that. Ridiculous to be treated like a homeless person loitering when all I wanted was ice & food. Also, when checking online they don’t sell ice at this location so I just wanted to fill my cooler since I’m on the road traveling.

The employees working at this restaurant seem to just be there to collect the paycheck Don't say hi to you keep you waiting to take your order then they don't even process the order the right way be my last time I ever go to Burger King

Came through the drive thru for lunch today and my order was completely wrong and missing my daughter's Main item. The Night shift was very polite and made everything right when we came back later. Thank you for your kindness, you made it right for my kid.

This location is terrible. Went there for breakfast and they did not have simple items like hash browns or OJ! WHAT!!!!! They gave us French fries at 930am that wer drenched in salt. Breakfast sandwiches were not fresh! We tried to fo the survey on on experience and that didn't work! Do not use this place. It is time for cooperate to shut this place down as workers and owner do not appear to value thier customers.
