About half of my chicken fries were either old or overcooked. Very hard and chewy. Food were excellent though. Service was as good as she could be. Seemed to be having a bad mistake prone day, but we all do and I told her as much. She was helpful and doing her best. Only upset about the chicken fries honestly.

The ppl were slow, they couldn't even listen correctly first time had to say basically every combo on list more then 2 times and before we was done with saying everything on list of stuff we wanted the assisted manager was bringing partial amount of what we wanted before even finishing what we wanted so that was going to be cold and rest of the food would be hot not really good and alot of attitude from assistant manager. They made us upset we left

I went to Burger King today around 1 PM to grab lunch. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two Rodeo Jr. Cheeseburgers and two Double Cheeseburgers for my stepdad. I pulled up to the window and waited for about 20 minutes.
During that time, the employees inside looked at me multiple times but did nothing—they were just standing around, laughing, and not acknowledging me at all. I had no idea what was going on, and no one came to the window to communicate anything or give me my food.
Eventually, I gave up and drove away. I did call and speak to the manager afterward. He was very apologetic and said he had been in the freezer. However, the overall experience felt very unprofessional and frustrating.
I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt like this needed to be shared.

Worst customer service experience ever. Went through the drive thro for a cup of ice, guy said 27, pull around he got all mad that I was paying with a card due to it costing them more??? He said if you don’t have cash then can’t help you. I said have a good day and he tossed the cup in the trash???

Don’t waste your time or money food is disgusting waited almost half an hour to get 5 burgers which is ridiculous what else do you cook? Buns where burnt meat was dry and tasted like chemicals . Drink machine wasn’t working so they just gave us whatever was available.
