I ordered on the app, 2 cheeseburgers no pickles no mustard (my son is at that picky age), large fries, 2 large drinks. I put in the order about 10 minutes before getting to BK, I was in a little bit of a hurry and the drive-thru was not moving and they were taking forever just to start taking someone's order so I decided I'd go inside since I was just picking up an order I figured it would be done. I went in and had 1 customer in front of me, when I got to the counter they hadn't even started on my order. When I said I’m picking up an app order for Scharlene she looked around and took a receipt off a printer and said oh I got it right here we’ll get started on that now, here are your drink cups. I was rather irritated and it took forever for my order to come out. There were 3-4 other people inside waiting on orders. Once I got the food it was all correct and hot.

Worst burger King ever, eventually worker was being lazy. Waited 30min then they forgotten wat I even order while I have other hot food in the car in this cold weather smh. The line was just stuck. Worker was sick coughing like hell.

At this BK you can't have it your way. This is my 4th experience of this location. I asked for Light Ice, they gave me extra ice, asked for Onion Rings, I got fries. Ask for no Tomatoes I got a heaping full. Can't have it my way oh well. The gentleman in the Drive through was very polite.

Worst BK in the state! Food was old and cold, refused to provide any service or try to rectify the issues. I ordered a Bacon double cheese burger and you see what I received. When I called to report the manager on duty just hung up in my face. I returned to the location for a refund manager refused to come from the back and get off her cell phone because she was “busy!”

Ordering took way longer than it needed to. Waiting to pay took a lot longer than it needed to. The fries were 2/3 full and had obviously been sitting out for quite a while. The chicken sandwich also looked and tasted like I’ve been sitting out for quite a while. Won’t go to this location again.
