We had the worst experience with the employee. It seemed like she was bothered by me ordering food.and our presence. This is probably the worst I have been treated. Also she did not give me a receipt so it makes me think she was avoiding me knowing her name.

Food was ok. Really hate that they ask you if you want a medium or large and don't mention the small which is what the price on the menu is for. I find this to be very misleading and a borderline scam. It is probably mandated by corporate or the franchise.

The young lady that just became a manager (well deserved by the way) treated us with the upmost customer service. She was very kind, attentive, and hardworking! I have been here multiple times before and she has always had a outstanding attitude. If Burger King is your jam stop by and check them out!!!

We were given 4 unsweetened teas when 4 sweet teas were ordered. No sweet and sour sauces were given in any of the 4 kids chicken nugget meals. Sweet and sour sauces were asked for the chicken fries and we were given 2 BBQ sauces. No straws were given for the four

Got my order wrong. I came back and wanted to show them my ticket and have my burger remade. It took a while, which was ok, but they handed me another burger to get me out of the line, and the burger was nowhere near what I had ordered. How disappointing. Burger King get a better night crew... or not. Doesn't matter, I'm not going back to this location.

Came at 11:20 on a Friday. Website and building states they close at midnight, yet the man working just pretended he didn’t see me. Eventually he looked at me and then continued stocking, without saying anything. A waste of gas and time.

Went through the drive through and asked about any seasonal offers available. Was told to download the app for any available offers which was fine.The problem is the app was not working, it said that this location along with every location was unavailable for mobile orders. I decided to go inside to see if there was anything wrong or anything else we could do. The girl at the front counter was very nice and said the app has been on the Fritz today but offered to have a manager come help me out.The manager was polite but said the app is from a 3rd party, so they could do nothing about it. I understood that but I asked if it would be possible to order the meal advertised on the app and to match the price? He declined to do so. I'm not sure why. I wasn't being rude, and I felt that since I didn't cause this problem, maybe they would be kind enough to work around the app problem.I wouldn't normally have a problem with this sort of set back but it was late, I only had a bit of cash on me, and it was very inconvenient to take up my time, ask me to download an app that didn't work, and then have me come inside to discuss the problem only to turn me away. It was just a terrible experience all around especially with tired and cranky family to feed and a mission to find a whole new place to get a quick bite for the bit of cash I had on hand that night.I plan to delete the app and not rely on this location going forward. Hopefully things improve and that they are kinder to the next one.
