Went in for a Thursday night special they had half price appetizers nowhere in the bar does it stay that the appetizers are dying in only I tried to get an order to bring home and they told me that to go orders were full price really doesn't sit well with me not sure if I will be back

I live less than a mile away from this place and drive across town to drink and hangout. The irony of a place to have such delicious food and such terrible service! I have frequently stopped in to eat out of convenience and because the food is amazing. After tonights low quality service I will not return. I see the employees taking shots and returning to the same tables over and over but my wife went to the bar for napkins and silverware. I wasn’t asked if I wanted another beverage, I wasn’t asked if everything was good, I had to go to the bar and ask for my check. We do company functions at Jackson park and go across town to get drinks because of the crappy service! I’m happy to take my business elsewhere, I’ve left this review for the non regulars so they can have a good experience somewhere else. Good riddance.

I watched a senior citizen disabled veteran being choked out and dragged out by his throat, gagging, and grasping for breath tonight because he had a service animal with him! The employees didn’t know or care to understand the Americans with Disabilities Act that clearly states the laws this amputee was following when he was dragged mercilessly by his neck out of the establishment. They’ll get sued for discrimination and lose due to all of the cellphone and security video footage.. especially when the police report shows the footage. Good job Broken Arrow!!!

Stopped 4 lunch (12-13-24). Waitress NEVER returned 2 ask or help. Buddy got up 3X for help. My hands were soaked after removing tons of prime rib fat. BAD service & food...filthy...I DON'T RECOMMEND
