Omakase, great atmosphere fast service all made fresh to order. The house fire sauce was amazing it was a great balance of heat and flavor. All of the ingredients had premium flavors, this stop is worth the detour.

I was really excited to try Caribbean Sushi, but my experience was extremely disappointing. I called to ask if they make onigirazu (a sushi sandwich), and the worker who answered the phone put me on hold. While on hold, I could hear her mocking us.. saying we sounded ridiculous and that she didn’t know what we were talking about. It was unprofessional, rude, and honestly humiliating. I understand not every restaurant carries every item, but it’s completely unacceptable for staff to make fun of customers instead of politely educating them about the menu. A little courtesy goes a long way, and this experience has completely turned me off from trying this place.

flavors on point, textures mushy. the unagi don was cold, and I didn't expect that for some reason; usually I've had it grilled just before service. I spilled my water, the waiter was empathetic and discreet, and read my mind.
the tempura plantain roll was great. textures, flavors, sweetness, all perfect.

if you want exceptionally good vegan sushi, this is the place. the plantain volcano (no cream cheese, no spicy mayo) is absolutely incredible.

My goodness! My husband and I sat at the bar, best spot in there. We were able to watch the Chefs make our rolls and even had conversation with them. Seriously the best sushi I have ever had. And the size and amount was perfect. They even have hot sauces from the show “the hot ones” my husband and I both had the courage to try a few out. The atmosphere was amazing too!

Broken Arrow’s BEST Sushi 🍣 spot! Scratch that..TULSA’s BEST SUSHI SPOT!!! We have been coming here for over 5 years and have become like family. They know our order before we sit down. They care. They work hard. ALWAYS FRESH (even through Covid). Priced perfectly! So clean. LOVE IT! Gotta try it. 🤤

Went here for the first time last night and was extremely happy with my rolls. They have 2 explicitly vegan options (a roll and poke bowl). However, waiter/restaurant seemed very knowledgeable and friendly to vegan options. Our waiter immediately let me know all the vegetarian marked rolls (there’s around 6) can be made vegan with substitutions and they were DELICIOUS! Favorite sushi spot in Tulsa now ☺️

We placed a large to go order last night for my son's birthday and our experience was amazing! Friendly staff, correct orders, extra wasabi and soy sauce that we requested - all in the bag. The sushi was maybe the freshest I've had in our area. Everything was delicious and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. Caribbean will for sure be our new sushi spot for date nights and family dinners. If you've been on the fence about trying this place, please do yourself and favor and go for it. You won't regret it!
