The service was fast and courteous but beyond the cheese dip, none of the food had much flavor. Meat in the burrito and on the nachos was incredibly bland.

Decided to stop by here with our family for a Christmas Eve dinner and it was by far the worst dining experience we’ve had in Broken Arrow. Long wait, Terrible service, food was cold and daughter’s food had multiple large dark hairs in it. Ordered a drink and was brought something entirely different. Waitress was rude. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. 🤢

Was told the wait would be 15 minutes, it was 40-45 minutes. The food came out cold with hair in one of our meals. We asked them to take that meal off and they still brought us a check with that meal on there that we clearly did not eat at all because there were multiple hairs. The waitress also brought my wife a painkiller drink when she asked for a Bahama momma. My wife didn’t drink the drink because she does not like coconut. The waitress was rude and didn’t even apologize for any of the inconvenience we went through. We will not be coming back to this location.First time in my life to leave no tip.

We frequent the Casa Tequila in BA often. We probably order to go on average about once a week. The last several times we have gone to pick up our orders we are literally ignored and no one is there to help us. Even after going to the host station, no help. After finally getting our food, the salsa containers were not put on well and spilled all in the bag, our queso was missing, and we didn’t have the extra tortillas we paid for.

Not sure if they are under new management or what, but this is not the same experience we’ve had for so many years. The food is good, when you get everything, but not worth the hassle. Tonight will be the last time we will be eating here.

I’ve found the perfect dish for me. It is the Steak Don Julio and it’s a ribeye smothered with cheese mushrooms and onions. I combo them with the freshly made flour tortillas and it’s a must have. The cherry on top is a cold Coke and I’ve been there every weekend since!!!

Not bad

A rather upscale (swanky?) Mexican inspired eatery with quite good food (but the tortilla chip were stale). The service was spotty, the waiter/barman was distracted chatting to co-workers. During the meal the electric power was lost and backup generators kicked in, but the computer system never came back online. Prices are on the high side. I would have preferred a good ol' cantina with low ceiling, wooden floor, and flashy orange lighting. Somehow the poshness of the place didn't instill a Mexican ambience to complement the authentic dishes offered.
