I ordered a breakfast burrito online because I needed it to be ready when I got there. I arrived & not only was it not ready, but I paid more ordering online. The ingredients were good, but it was wrapped wrong. I had eggs, then meat then potatoes. For the price and the extra wait time they could have at least wrapped it right.

Always happy with everything we've gotten here. We normally go for the breakfast burritos and bowls. Their carne Asada fries are 🔥 Loved coming here once a month for girls night out they had the best margaritas. Apparently they stopped serving those because of an irresponsible customer 🙄

Went to Catrina Fresh Mex recently and had a really disappointing experience. When I walked in, I misheard the woman at the register who asked if I wanted to place an order I thought she asked if I had already ordered, so I said no. When my boyfriend clarified what she actually asked, I quickly apologized and said yes, I’d like to order. Instead of brushing it off, she responded in the rudest way possible totally unnecessary and unprofessional. Then they gave my boyfriend the wrong order, and we didn’t even bother saying anything because, by that point, we were already uncomfortable. What really grossed us out was the fact that the woman had her vape sitting right on top of the counter super unsanitary and not something you expect to see at a food establishment. Safe to say we won’t be going back. There are too many better, more respectful places to eat at.

I’m not one to right reviews considering this is my first one but I ordered 6 street tacos and a small rice and beans and a drink. They filled one of my tacos up with just carrots and terribly proportioned. Literally mixed up all the meat and put in on one side of box. They didn’t give me my rice and beans. I called to tell them that my rice and beans were missing and she said “yeah you can come back if you want” and was just so snobby about it. I wouldn’t really be this upset but my food costed me $27.50. Terrible service.
