Normally, I love eating here but first time at the broken arrow location they did not answer the drive-through. The parking lot was pretty empty so I don’t think that they were busy.

Was one of my favorite places to pick up food or doordash from but they forgot half of our order I was nice enough to just call and ask if they would make it and I would come pick it up myself. The one thing I asked is if they would remake part of my order since it was going to be cold by the time I got back home after coming to pick up the missing parts the girl that was there so that would be no problem then after waiting 10 minutes to get my missing items the manager decided that he wasn't going to remake my burrito. Pretty ridiculous lack of customer service there after I went out of my way to drive all the way here and wait 10 minutes for part of my order that they forgot to begin with.

First I ordered the nacho fries with CHICKEN they gave me steak instead... But they poured so much fake nacho cheese over it, made it super soggy and a layer of grease from the fries just sat on top. Disappointed I won't ever try this place again. Was super hungry and didn't want to waste money driving back so forced myself to eat it but my auto immune disorder is gonna flare up big time for eating steak 😞 check your plates before leaving!!!! (I did have to add more sour cream to cover the taste!!) No offense but I came from California and they don't slather nacho cheese over their Mexican food they use REAL cheese!!

Me and my family were gifted 2 meals by the owner and are beyond grateful! The food is AMAZING and authentic, the portions are HUGE, the establishment is very clean inviting and wonderfully decorated, and everyone who works there including the owner are so sweet and happy to serve the public. We will definitely be coming back!

First time trying this place and it was very disappointed the food quality and the taste
The food at this place is delicious, you can see the care in the ingredients and preparation. However, there are aspects that could be improved, such as customer service, which was not as efficient as I expected. The most important thing is hygiene: I observed some employees touching their faces while serving food. In particular, the young woman in the photograph did this frequently. It's not something personal against her, but it would be important for her to focus on maintaining more hygienic practices. I hope you can correct these details!

My boyfriend took me here for the first time today, and IT. WAS AMAZING!!!!!!! He was telling me about how big the burritos are, like the size of your forearm, and he did not lie!!!! If you like a damn well rolled burrito too, this will be your favourite place!!!! First bite that I took had an absolute perfect ratio of filling to tortilla! Most places I’ve had burritos from the first bite you take always has so much tortilla and it’s usually not that great of a tortilla in the first place. However, Catrina’s has some of the best tortillas I’ve ever had!!! And that’s just about the damn tortilla! Don’t even get me started on all the layers of flavor there are!! I got the T-Town breakfast burrito with sour cream and medium salsa and WOW it’s absolutely amazing how many flavours you get and honestly I could go back and get the hot salsa because the medium had such a mellow spice to it I’ll definitely be kicking it up!! Hands down the biggest and best burrito I’ve ever had in my life!!!
Also, we went through the drive through, but I’m hoping the next time we go we are able to dine-in because the place looked so beautiful and they even have an outdoor area to sit at too!!!

My family and I tried Catrina for the first time a couple of weeks ago and the food was delicious! A week later I decided that since my family enjoyed the food so much the first time I would place an online order as I was about to leave work and I could just drive thru and pick up me order. ????? Nope, I waited and waited and waited! Almost an hour later, after being asked to park by the black gates, my order still wasn't brought out. I decided I would just go inside to cancel my order. I walked inside to let the girl at the register know I wanted to cancel and she was bagging my food I let her know I would never order online again! I was very disappointed. I understand this isn't meant to be fast food because the recipes are awesome and it was a Friday night, but I left the parking lot of my job around 6:40pm after making the online order and didn't get home till almost 8pm with the food. That still doesn't change my opinion about the food.
Dietary restrictions: A couple of great options for diabetics or someone that are watching carbs.
