Charlie's Chicken South BA

I hadn't gone here in 3+ years because I moved away. I lived in BA for 10 years, and I knew this was my least favorite Charlie's Chicken location. Whether it were pickup or delivery on Uber, something was always amiss. Today was no exception. I was in BA for work and grabbed dinner for my husband and I. Our sides were completely wrong. I really cannot fathom why this same issue has occurred for multiple years at this location.

Charlie's Chicken is alright. It used to be my favorite but just like long John silvers, they've kinda gone down hill, not as much as LJS, but very similarly. It's just a dying chain, nothing necessarily bad, all good things eventually come to an end, and Charlie's Chicken unfortunately might happen during our lifetime :( still great food though!

Some of the rudest people I've ever had the displeasure of ordering from. I got there a bit before closing time and then as soon as it hit 9pm someone came on the mic and told me they were closed. Despite the fact I'd gotten there with plenty of time and there were 2 cars in front of me waiting for their food too so they obviously weren't closed yet. I like the food but I wholeheartedly do NOT recommend this location.
Even when I do actually get a chance to order I've never once had a service experience that was actually positive, and pretty much every time I leave with the vibe that I'm a bother for even daring to order food.

Came here today for lunch at noon and loved it! The older lady who took our order was patient with us and met our needs and the team was having fun and doing their jobs with smiles on their faces! We sat in the lobby enjoying the vibes, thank you guys!

Charlie's is what the other chicken restaurants try to be. Their chicken is always! juicy, the potato logs are equally as good with their batter and the rolls well yummy. All I can say is go and try them out for yourself .

Love the chicken and broccoli grape salad.

Parking: I'm not sure about other cold options, but the chicken chunks are
1/2 price. I like that
