Charlie's is what the other chicken restaurants try to be. Their chicken is always! juicy, the potato logs are equally as good with their batter and the rolls well yummy. All I can say is go and try them out for yourself .

The knockout bowl is so yummy!!! Try it out!!!

I ordered a knock out bowl, small Mac n cheese, and a small liver and gizzards. They have me pull up to wait on my food (already been in line for 15 mins at this point but I’m forgiving) and when another 15 mins go by, he comes out with the wrong order. So I go back inside and they have already figured it out, and the older lady was apologetic and was nice, even though I go back home and they forget the Mac n cheese that was specifically for my kid which is completely frustrating that they mess up two times. Do they even check the bags to make sure everything is right? The people in the back couldn’t have cared less but the older lady, was kind and I could tell was flustered and doing her best. But cmon, a double check goes A LONG way.

I always go thru drive thru. Lots of cars most of the time. The line moves quickly. Staff are friendly. I like their food.

Went around 7:30 they they only had 3 pieces of dark meat and no chicken livers was told I would have to wait 15 mins for them.the chicken chunks was very small and not hot.only reason I’m leaving a review because this is my third time dealing with them not having food and being cold.customer service is good though.
