Nice location and friendly staff. The guy at the counter tonight even laughed at my Dad Dash joke. I'm so clever and funny. His words not mine. Get it? Dad Dash, like door dash but I'm a dad and so I don't get paid. So clever.

Don't like their instant mashed potatoes, but the gravy and chicken chunks are good but that's about it. The rest of their food isn't all that good.

I like the chicken and my wife likes the Chicken & Dressing. Which is a large serving.
This is not only one of the best fried chicken place in B.A. but their customer experience is constantly consistent. Unlike most places these days they focus on customer satisfaction while still placing importance on employees which shows everytime they greet a customer. If you have had a bad experience with this place then it's probably your fault. They apologized for being out of dark meat and i said " who cares I'm sure it will still be good" and it was per usual. So thank you charlies for a consistantly great experience!

The kids are real connoisseurs of Mac n cheese. They have eaten Mac n cheese at Chinese, Mexican, Thai, Mediterranean, and other places but would not eat the Mac n cheese if I paid them. The chicken was tasty.

Great food. Even better people. I ordered and made an error. When they handed me the order in my car, it wasn't what I thought I ordered. After I discovered my error they gave me the order I thought I ordered. Even though I owed them more money, they wouldn't take it. They said thank you sir, please come back. Super place.
