A good option for frozen yogurt, a little pricey, but worth it

Went today and the older lady working there was immediately rude to me and my large group AS SOON AS WE WALKED IN. She was rolling her eyes and you could tell she did NOT want us in there. I’m not sure if it was an off day for her, but I see from previous reviews that it’s not her first time rolling her eyes and treating people this way FOR NO REASON. We go there often, but never again!

Not sure if the older woman working is the owner or just an employee, but she was VERY unprofessional & VERY rude to our children! I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star, but I had to rate it to leave a review. We will absolutely never go back!!! My husband & myself own a local business & we would NEVER treat someone that way, nor let one of our employees treat our customers the way she treated our kids. Absolutely uncalled for! Do better!

Cheapest I have ever been able to buy frozen yogurt for three people. Nice variety of yogurt and toppings. My kid was able to pick from all the flavor options since none of the yogurts had peanuts and tree nuts.

This chain has obviously changed hands. Went in at 500 this evening, there is a new teenage kid working opposed to the adult staff that used to work. Very “I don’t care attitude”. Several flavors unavailable and when I inquired, “the machine doesn’t work, well there were 3/4 machines “not working”. I’ve been coming here for over 13-15 yrs and this has never happened. They have also stopped honoring rewards. Suggestions-quit hiring kids to run your shop on weekends and at nights. They don’t like to work. Very disappointing. Needs new furniture.

I got there at 11:55am cause they open at 12pm now. It was 12pm and a lady was walking inside checking around and thought that they’d open a little later because obviously she was trying to get settled in. Waited 10 minutes and they still didn’t flip the closed sign and open doors.
