Both times we ordered for pickup an hour before we showed up, food wasn't ready. Its weird, it seems like even if you order ahead, they wait to make it until you get there. Fries were always half full, and the piece of chicken on my last sandwich was paper thin. Most Chick-fil-As we visit are great, this one seems to be the exception.

Workers look visibly miserable every time I return. Asked for a large tea and the cup was filled 80% with ice. I think management may need more attention to detail with staff members. I rarely leave this location satisfied with the quality of my meal.

We had a mobile order and pulled in the drive thru on accident instead of the curbside spaces. Said so at the menu box and was told it was just fine. Would have waited til we were able to pull out of the line (that you can’t get out of early) if it was an issue. Once we got to the window, the guy rudely said “we will have to get you right over there next time” pointing to the curbside spots like we were stupid. I know we made the mistake but the lady on the speaker was nice about it and he just wasn’t.

Service is nice and efficient. The only issue is entrance for drive thru when traffic is high. Sometimes I have to circle around again just to get in line.

We purchased a large catering order for Christmas Eve and the order came with a very small bottle of sauce. When we asked if we can have more sauce or even an assortment, they gave us four very small packets because that is all the manager would allow. I am sorry, but this isn’t cheap chicken and they pride themselves on service. Well you failed! As a customer we ordered based on their recommendation to feed 30 adults, but didn’t want to supply enough condiments for $125.00 in food. Honestly, we have received more when ordering four meals at $40.00. Clearly you don’t care about service!

Very disappointed with this location. They gave me the incorrect order and fries were overcooked. I came back the next day to have a refund of the meal and they barely got that right, then they gave us someone else order on the new order. Usually Chick-fil-A has great customer service and make for your inconvenience, but this location must’ve missed the corporate training class because they’re not that great at making customers feel valued. I won’t be coming to this location anymore. Sad part is, I come here 2-3 times a week. I’m very upset and disappointed with this location all together. They make people regret eating out the way they treated me and overcooked the food. It was utterly disgusting. When kids don’t want it you know it’s overcooked.
