Here we used the drive-thru which was fast & efficient along with friendly staff to assist with taking our order. Even with a lifted large truck, we were able to move right along with the traffic flow.

Worst service I've ever had at any Chick-fil-a restaurant. The person taking my drive through order was confused and discombobulated. You would have thought I was trying to order catfish and coleslaw. I repeated the order (4 meals) to her several times and each time she repeated it back wrong. Finally, she got it right. We had to pull off to the side and wait, and when our order was brought out it was missing one of the meals ordered and a bottle of water. There was no ketchup or chick fil a sauce in the bag, despite it being on the receipt. There was no plastic ware to eat the food with. We had to go inside to get these items, and it took twice as long inside to get the food I should have received in the drive through. Not good. Poor job of upholding the Chick fil a image of smart employees who are trained to get it right. I spent 30 minutes at your establishment having gone through the drive thru. Somebody needs re-training.

The staff are excellent and super friendly. They’re willing to go above and beyond to help you out. I was super impressed. Additionally, the food was fantastic, and there were no issues with the order. I would definitely recommend it, especially if you have kids, because the play place is always a hit with them. I have been going to this chic-fil-a for years and I’ve never had any issues until recently Michael the employee who was taking my order was very rude and gave me attitude the entire time and even gotten my food order incorrect, he snatched my money away from my hand and did not repeat my order back to me like everyone else has! Very rude employee

I waited for ten minutes in the line.Just to get to the window in my food, not be ready. I had to get a refund because I would have been late to work. I've never had an issue like this at any other chick fil a. I will not be returning. I also want to mention the fact that I placed a mobile order.And it still was not ready when I got to the window.
