I’ve been coming to this Chick-fil-A since I was literally 16 about seven years now tried to come in and get my reward for my birthday and man he made it hard the plus the first attendant couldn’t even explain to me how the rewards program worked ! All it was was a brownie and they told me I couldn’t even have it because it wasn’t showing up in their app, which was super confusing, because I had called ahead of time so I wouldn’t have wasted the drive to figure out how to redeem my birthday rewards, and the gentleman just said come to the location order the brownie in the app, and it should go through got to the window and the gentleman said I couldn’t have it. I don’t understand and honestly kind of frustrated because I wouldn’t have wasted the drive guy said that I could call and have it added, but what’s the point of going through that over a brownie I mean if anything because of just courteous taking my ID and say happy birthday. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Worst CFA location in the Tulsa area. I hope operator/manager sees this review & for the love of Pete fixes their quality problems. Every blessed time I go they mess up my order. Usually it's my food so I live with it but tonight took the cake. I ordered 1 meal for my under 10 kid and a single sandwich for me. They forgot the nuggets in my kid's meal. The drive thru is so packed & the bags so stacked w fries on top that I can't check accuracy before I leave without spilling food all over my car. I had to go back up & get the nuggets and go back home and eat a cold sandwich bc they just can't seem to pay attention to the details. Oh and the 1 order of fries that we got were almost exclusively broke pieces (see pic). I expect better from the CFA brand. This good is too expensive for such a headache every time. I would avoid this location at all costs until they fix their problems.
