My Grandson & I enjoyed our lunch. He played in the small play area. He enjoyed playing as there was only 1 child. It is definitely a play area for maybe 5 & under kids.

I’ve gone here a few times previously and i’ve just had different experiences. The customer service has been hit or miss. I had Chance take my order, got upset that I didn’t see he was available in the other lane, proceeds to be rude after that. I asked him if my card went through and I was good to go, not a single word. No thoughts lmfao… I asked him 3 times If i was good and ended up just driving off to the window. Didn’t even ask me what I wanted to order, I just talked TO him. No sauces. No thank you.
Previously I had another guy take my order and he was mid conversation with the other coworker the whole time.

It was amazing! 🤩 The food was perfect cooked, tasted fresh and it came to us before we sat down! It was not that busy and the staff were great always smiling and willing to help! This is the best Chick-fil-A I have ever been to.

I would like to say the!employees here are treated terribly especially at this weather. I’ve been going to this CFA for a while and recently employee’s have been out in freezing cold!
I asked one of them if they had warmer PTE or if they were left out here. This poor employee said he was out there for his entire shift so far! That’s outlandishly crazy for 30 degrees!
Never once have I need employees being treated like this, when I got my food it was good but the sandwich was spicy not fried. But the sticker showed I ordered fried. As well the lemonade has no sugar in it. This was surprising for this establishment it normally is quiet sweet this was very disappointing
The poor workers look as if they’re freezing out there. one of the girls told me she’d been there for over 2 hours and it was barely 20 degrees?! I think they need to take better care of their employees because both of the girls out there were shivering even with the heaters they have outside.

This specific location is terrible. The main manager is a joke. He can't even put sentences together or make anything right. They have got my order wrong so many times. He promised he would have put something on the app for rewards. He lied. I have no idea how he was able to get this location. I will be making sure to reach to the main people. With documentation of recorded phone calls multiple times.
