I had the pleasure to discover this amazing place when living in Broken Arrow being a California native. The staff always awesome
and the food was out of this world!! I became a regular really fast because of the quality of the food but it was the crew I enjoyed having conversations with. I tried to in quire a franchise to bring back to California but was told by corporate, they aren’t franchising here. Shame , best chicken salad, soup and especially the team there was outstanding!!

So good! I tried the new Maui momma with pineapples, bacon and jalapenos. Sweet. Salty. Spicy. The trifecta of delish!

A pleasant niche in the fast-food forest. A place to escape from fried everything. Simple chicken salad with a spectrum of flavor variations available. You will find one you like. The spicy, Jalapeno Holly and Kickin’ Kay Lynne work for me. I never pass up the Chicken Poblano Soup, even on a hot day in July. I had a scoop of Jalapeno Holly on the Classic Salad with the Chicken Poblano Soup. The Classic Salad under the scoop was fair, but it is all about the chicken salad, right? It made for a nice filling meal. I tried the Poppy Seed dressing. A little too sweet for me. Next time Ranch. Not five stars, but a nice meal.

At the front counter Azreal. Friendly sociable young lady that took our order and delivered the food. Big dining area, clean and comfortable. Turn the music down just a little please.

A friend and I had lunch. One of us ate savory and the other fruity croissants. Mmmmmmmm, delicious! The strawberry lemonade was the perfect refreshing drink to accompany the sandwiches. The room was bright and relaxing. Service was just right, perfect! We enjoyed our lunch and visit to restaurant.

Interesting place and out of the box concept. They focus on chicken salad of all shades. Buffalo, BBQ, etc... the taste is very nice. I prefer the 2 favors above. They have other items sandwiches and salads, but chicken salad is their focus. I get just the scoops with crackers. I really wish they would serve wraps with a tortilla. I've asked a few times and get a very weak answer, that I disagree with, but is what it is. I enjoy eating there from time to time, a little pricey for 2 scoops of chicken salad, but I see it as a healthy choice over a burger or similar. Atmosphere is founder based, so it leans into the chicken salad chick name. The menu is a little limited, but give it a try and be open to try several different flavors.
