A pleasant niche in the fast-food forest. A place to escape from fried everything. Simple chicken salad with a spectrum of flavor variations available. You will find one you like. The spicy, Jalapeno Holly and Kickin’ Kay Lynne work for me. I never pass up the Chicken Poblano Soup, even on a hot day in July. I had a scoop of Jalapeno Holly on the Classic Salad with the Chicken Poblano Soup. The Classic Salad under the scoop was fair, but it is all about the chicken salad, right?...
