Very disgusted with phone orders placed a order and got there no order ready another gentleman walked in same thing no order had too reorder got the wrong soup wanted egg drop got wonton not very good called back to the number was told go back to the restaurant and changed out the soup asked for more crunchies only one bag per order I put the first bag in the nasty soup I said can I have another bag ended up getting a small one.

My husband and I used to live in Broken Arrow. We always order from this place and have it delivered. Then, the pandemic happened. They had to quit delivering. Now we live in Tulsa, and we still order online and drive all the way to this place to get our order. Because we love their food and it's fresh.

I went to pick up a order, first when l called the guy that answered the phone was rude when i called to make my order but l kind of brushed it off because he sounded busy, he said 20 minutes so l wait until it was 30 minutes to pick up because l usually have to wait on my order, when l got there he didn’t even acknowledge me or anything but he seems busy so l just stand there waiting, after l waited like 10 more minutes he gives the order to someone already waiting and looks at me and tells me that he is working on my order l said ok and move to the side since is other people coming to pick up their orders, I waited another 10 minutes so l was looking down on my phone when he yells at me rudely and ask what do I need, l said l’m waiting in my order and he tells me rudely that he needs my number, l told him that he told me earlier that he was working on my order and he is all mad saying he’s busy and he can’t just guess what is my order, first of all he is rude on the phone then, yes l understand he is busy that’s why l waited another 10 minutes to pick up my order to get there and wait another 20 minutes for him to give me a nasty attitude???? Their food it’s ok but there is no way l’m going to deal with his nasty behavior, last time for us ordering there, there is plenty of places to buy from.

I was able to order online and got everything I asked for. Everything was fresh hot and spicy! ?️ ( we ordered everything spicy)
Got order wrong and refused to fix it. We ordered like $70 of food and they wouldn’t fix one wrong item. We were repeat customers but not anymore! Food quantity has greatly decreased as well.

Ordered 2.5 hours ago and still no food. Husband called and was told 'they very busy' and 20 minutes (now sitting at 40 minutes) for our food to get here. ? still waiting. Ended up being 50 minutes.
