Does chipotle suck now? They were supposed to be open for two more hours, but all the protein trays were empty and crusty. I had to be like “do you have any more of this in the back?” Multiple times. Open for two more hours and just decided at some point to not make more veggies? Ok. Ended up just leaving after ordering my kids’ meals. Also watched them put new rice on top of old rice and lost my appetite. Queso was cold. Lastly, the chips they gave my kids were truly terrible. Chips should not bend. Would not have been so bad if the employees (four of them) would’ve just communicated about what was available. They simply did not care.

I’m putting three stars because the food was okay.
Very poor customer service and lack of communication. There’s a reason there’s three stars. They lacked emotion and the whole feeling was very unwelcoming .
When it opened, it was a lot better than it is now. The place was pretty filthy . I couldn’t find a clean table . Hopefully they get some new hires to change the place up !
Came in without a single car in the parking lot. Everyone was just standing there. The lobby was disgusting! Floor and tables were completely dirty. Go up to order and most everything was empty. They asked the girl at the grill and nothing was even started yet. So we hardly had anything to be able to fill our bowl and burrito. Ended up having to get the extra charge items to have something to eat. Go to sit down and dont want to touch anything. Another couple asked for a table to be cleaned. The girl from the grill came out and cleaned 1 table and went back leaving the rest dirty. They had plenty of workers. 2 on the front, 3 in the drive thru area which didnt have any cars either and several coming out of the back room. They even said they have been slow probably due to the fair. The food was horrible! Beans were hard. Everything was cold. The burrito press wasn't even on. Even seen the girl from the grill who I think was the manager buying a drink when the store was a disaster next door.

Order was suppose to be ready at 5:50.
Took over 40mins waiting in the drive thru line. They don't even have a phone number to contact inside staff. Only a number to automated system that's worthless. Honest review is 0 stars. Do better!!!

This place is robbing!! They usually run out of items hours before the closing. Ordered chicken quesadilla and was told it comes with 3 sides but was charged extra $3.85 for a tablespoon worth of sofritas, the person did not even mention the extra charge for the side until charged! Ridiculous I wont be going back.

When it comes to fast-casual dining, Chipotle stands above the rest. Known for its fresh ingredients, customizable meals, and commitment to quality, Chipotle has built a reputation as the best restaurant for people who want both flavor and convenience. Unlike many other fast-food chains, Chipotle focuses on healthier options without sacrificing taste, which is why it continues to win over customers across the country.
One of the main reasons Chipotle is the best restaurant is its emphasis on fresh, high-quality ingredients. From responsibly raised meats to organic beans and locally sourced produce when available, Chipotle sets a standard for food that tastes good and is good for you. This dedication makes every burrito, bowl, taco, or salad feel like a meal crafted with care.
Another reason Chipotle outshines other restaurants is the level of customization it offers. Customers can build their meals exactly the way they want, choosing everything from the base and protein to the salsa and toppings. This flexibility ensures that everyone—from picky eaters to adventurous food lovers—can enjoy a meal that fits their personal taste.
Chipotle also prioritizes sustainability and ethical food practices, which makes it stand out in today’s restaurant industry. By supporting responsible farming and reducing waste, Chipotle shows that a restaurant can care about more than just profits. This makes customers feel good about not only what they’re eating, but also the company they’re supporting.
Lastly, Chipotle provides convenience without compromise. The food is served quickly, but it never feels like typical “fast food.” Whether you order in person, online, or through the app, you know your meal will be fresh, satisfying, and consistent every time.
In conclusion, Chipotle is the best restaurant because it combines fresh ingredients, customizable options, sustainable practices, and quick service. It is more than just a place to eat—it’s a dining experience that makes customers return again and again. For anyone who values flavor, quality, and choice, Chipotle truly earns its place at the top.

On 08/28 I had to walk out of the restaurant before I was even able to place my order. The gentleman ahead me was ordering a bowl and the employee helping him was acting as if he was inconvenienced by the customer And was not providing great customer service. As he was serving the customer, he was just throwing the food around some of it wasn’t landing in the bowl and the portion size wasn’t very good especially for the price. The customer asked if he could Get some sour cream and the employee responded by saying they were Out and he would have to ask his boss if he can get more From the back. The customer looked confused and asked if he could ask his boss I left around that time So I don’t know what happened. Unfortunately, I have been disappointed in this location in the past every time we put in a mobile pick up our order is never correct and sometimes doesn’t even belong to us. If you’re going to get a steak bowl, it’s probably gonna have a lot of fat so you’re probably better off sticking to the chicken. I’ve tried to give this location multiple chances, but I rather drive to North Broken Arrow and receive better service.
