Chipotle Mexican Grill

I understand waiting on a truck for more vegetables. But over 2 hours before closing they have all food almost put up . My BIGGEST concern is spraying cleaner REPEATEDLY over the food glass while its GOING ON TO THE FOOD and they obviously arent wanting to serve us at 9:30pm…
The cleaner getting on all open food is a huge huge concern of anybody eating there.

7:55pm 11/15.

It says they are open late. I was told after they had started making my food that they were out of veggies, brisket, and chips. I asked they were making anymore for the night and the guy said "nope, didn't plan on it". This Chipotle is brand new and already being run into the ground.

The service was horrible. I’ve been in two times & each time the meat I asked for was almost gone and instead of making more they told me they didn’t have it. Tonight I went in and ordered the brisket and it was gone. Next, I asked for the Barbacoa and he told me it wasn’t available! Everything was a mess and there was no one preparing more! They close at 11pm and I was there at 7:40pm. Worst Chipotle I’ve been to.

This is arguably one of the worst chipotles ever. The guacamole tastes actually awful compared to other locations. Tastes like dirt. The queso is also awful.

What are you guys doing???? Please fix the food. Please! I dont want to have to drive to the other broken arrow location just for decent chipotle.

Newly opened store. Food was fabulous and service was great. Very clean! Love the crew.

Just had a rough experience at this new Chipotle. My wife and I stopped in at 8pm and there were no customers besides us, 2 employees were eating and 2 were working. The veggies were scraping the bottom as was the guacamole and the brisket was completely out and there was nothing said about them making more. If there were about to close I’d be more understanding but they had 3 more hours before closing. Guess I won’t be going back again after the lunch crew is gone for the day.

Food - Mediocre.

Cleanliness- we had to clean our own table

Atmosphere/service - energy from the workers was not very welcoming which makes for a bad atmosphere. My son asked for vinaigrette. Worker stated she didn't have time to make any. So we waited about an hour. We had 3 hours to kill before the next game. Went back up and asked again (assuming that someone was going to "make" some). We were simply told, we are out. The 1st worker we asked looked annoyed that we had asked again. If it's not something you can make, then simply let us know that, however if you can make it, there were plenty of people and down time so we assumed it would be made. Going through the line was no picnic either. Just make what I'm asking. I was disappointed in this location or maybe I just value service.

I love this food here but I didn't really like the the service they didn't talk loud enough, and didn't have very good attitude in my opinion

Chipotle is amazing! THIS Chipotle in particular tho is horrible, they don't care about customer service. The portions are for a little kid not an adult. Had the thinnest burritos ever. I assume I am used to a different experience in other Chipotles BUT this one is just ridiculous. Chips are stale, I've been there 3 times hoping for a different outcome every time. That was my 3rd and final time. Love the fact that it's near but it's worth making a further drive to another Chipotle instead of this one.

Chipolte is my FAVORITE and anytime I am in the Tulsa area I find a one near me. Having said that- this location is lacking. The food tasted "off" especially the meat. I have had the same burrito bowl order for years and this is the 1st time ever it was "ick". Having said that- the service was fine and the restaurant was clean.

Where to start. Servers making our food were awful, bag of chips was 80% empty 100% stale. Trashcans were covered up so we couldn't use them.

We had never been disappointed by a chipotle, but never say never.

Super lame service they walk away when you go up to the counter then got a half n half burrito with queso and guacamole and 1 burrito no drink no extra meat is 17.56 out the door. First and last time I grab fast food mexican for 17 a burrito
