Food takes good WHEN AVAILABLE!!! Four trips here and either no chicken or a ten minute wait. Ask for manager and manager wouldn't even come over and talk. Will not return!!!

Some of the employees there are really nice and helpful, but most of them seem overwhelmed. They are literally always out of something.it is very frustrating and makes us choose somewhere else most of the time.

Typically when ordering online I rarely receive double chicken and extra beans, even though I ask for it (and pay for it).

The food is good most of the time, but the portions are sporadic on whether you’ll get enough rice or meat. Speaking of which, every time my family has gone there, by the time we get to the front of the line, they’re out of chicken, or rice. I’ve even had a time where they were out of lettuce, which is crazy. I hope they get a bit better with how they manage keeping track of ingredient levels as well as giving their customers a well portioned bowl.

The line wasn't stock very well, and it wasn't presentable to serve customers. They litterly digging and scraping a pan instead of restocking the line. Hopefully the General Manager actually cares enough to address it.

The counter and floors were messy and had food on them. They looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned.
They tried scooping lettuce that was on the counter (not from our order) into our bowls.
And they didn’t change gloves at all.

30 minute wait to not even receive my food and employees don’t even ask for the name on a mobile when you’re standing directly in front of them. Never seen a place in more dire need of a proper manager or team lead. Not the first time i’ve had problems at this store or other chipotles either.

Almost every time I’ve ordered online and order Guacamole I never get it. This time was not different and the burrito I ordered didn’t taste right and there was corn added to it for some reason, this is a newer location and clearly needs more training.

Way too much lime juice in the guacamole. My entire 18$ burrito tasted like limes. Friendly service but damn food was inedible. Carne asada was very tough and although it was prepared when I was in the pickup line it was also room temperature.
