I went to churches about 5 minutes ago, got home. I asked for mashed potatoes I got a 8 piece and some shrimp and a chicken wrap and I asked for okra. My okra burnt I canāt even taste the okra itās just shell and burned. I also paid for jalapeƱos didnāt get them. I got fries instead of mashed potatoes some soggy a** fries. Iām so upset I tried calling the phone doesnāt even ring. I need a refund asap

This is the third time this month that my order has been incorrect. Additionally, the wait time for food is consistently around 20 minutes, which is far too long. The employees seem high and disengaged, it feels like they donāt take their work seriously. I would recommend visiting a different Churchās location until this one improves its staff and service quality.

Purchased a tender/bone in combo and some of the chicken pieces were undercooked(bloody).
Food was cold and honestly tasted old. Maybe the oil hasnāt been changed in a long time. It just really sucks how service has gone downhill since 2020
