I have been craving coneys for months but haven’t been able to make it out that way due to work. Today, 11/02/24 I was going to have time, if the storm didn’t force them to close, until I stumbled across a review and the owners response. Yikes- that was enough for me. I had never tried this location either and disappointed in your response to a paying customer’s review. And the way the food looked he had a right to leave a negative review.

Went in today with my father and they aren't allowed to give law enforcement discounts he is a veteran too and they don't do that either I guess the employees widh they were allowed but they were told they can't so food is wonderful but not the price wr have to pay for dinner it gets high for us
Sorry but I strongly disagree with not allowing the discounts for veterans an law enforcement emergency this is my opinion I know others agree I also know others don't but that's fine with me I just disagree with that one choice other then that food is great employees are nice service is wonderful and dine in is actually recommended also the owner is said to have done this choice management is not bad but the one I hope reads this is the one that stopped it if it wasn't for everything else being great I I'd gave 1 star but yeah one star for yeah and the other two are for food and employees Thank you for reading this and have a Blessed life!!!!!!! Parking: Not sure on disability slots can't really remember but I do know plenty parking choices at most times
Kid-friendliness: In my opinion best spot for a good life long memory!!! I met a lady said she been coming since she was 11 and now she's well up in the age group I would never say nothing bad about age so I mean it in a good way have fun!!! Making memories!!!!!!!
Wheelchair accessibility: I strongly believe it had good accessibility might be off on that don't take it to heart for this one

I arrived at drive thru window 10/23/2024 10:55 before opening while waiting I watched through window as a employee had silver large bowls with chili, and onions as he took his hands with gloves on and racked onion into another silver bowl with other onion. Then the same with left over cheese added new cheese.as he did this he rested the same hand he was touching cheese and onion counter then finished racking fresh into bowls containing what was in another bowl. I was going to pull away but didn't and ordered when they opened. Because hot dogs on grill didn't appear fully cooked from window and there was small white bowl with chili running down sides I should have ordered . However as I left window I touch chili to see if hot was warm so drove 3 to 4 min home. Ate 11:15 begin to feel nausea at 1:00 then painful stomach cramps which lasted off and on as I took pesto then at 5pm to 5:30 pm vomiting several time contents of chili. Only meal of day Coneys 2, fritos and pepsi .was sick rest of day until Friday. Reported incident to Health Department they visited said seem to be ok however lady that took my car failed to explained that I told her about mixing of fresh with old food items Man that went out said he would go back with information that lady didn't include in report about what I saw. I won't go back to this BA Coney Island again or any for a long time. Have eaten Coney Island since 1950's very disappointed now.

Workers were arguing, the place was run down and dirty.. the food made us so sick on our 1.5 hr drive home. It was very unpleasant. We get coneys every time we go to Tulsa and this was a bad experience. We will continue to go to the broken arrow location from now on .

Tastes just like when I had my first Coney downtown 60 years ago. Good service, big clean dining room. Staff now days is certainly ok, but not like the original folks where it was all business to get out the coney and move em thru the line, they talked and dressed the part. Those days not a lot of laughing and idle loud chit chat behind the counter. BUT...This B.A. location is a great place for REAL CONEYS. Enjoyed.

It's a Coney I-lander, so you kinda know what you're getting into when you walk in. This location seems to be a birthday destination for our extended group, given it's in Broken Arrow. The times we've been in the place has been mildly busy with plenty of staff, but for some reason the place always seems dirty. Floors never really seem clean and the prep line looks like no one is bothering to wipe anything down between customers. Food has always been consistent with other CIL's in the area, so no complaints there. Again, it's a Coney-I-Lander, so there's a pretty consistent baseline to expect.
