I love crumbl and have been to a bunch but I got to say they weren’t very friendly as most places are. When me and my mom walked in I didn’t get any greeting. Call me old fashioned but I like a quick hi and smile. I just wish we were greeted in a friendly way. Maybe next time </3
The service, presentation, ease of transaction were all GREAT! The only thing they need to improve on SLIGHTLY, is that they overtake their cookies 99% of the time. Great experience and worth the drive! Please improve this.
The cookie was good but the service was not the workers didn’t say one word besides when they called my name after I sat there for 15 mins when my cookie was just sitting on the counter by them
