Needed a last minute ice cream cake, so went to DQ on a Sunday morning. Nice young lady was just opening, but took time to explain and show us the choices. We selected the half vanilla half chocolate with a cookie crumble inside. Cake was not personalized and that was not the young ladies job However she agreed to try for us and did a real nice job. Everyone loved the cake with numerous requests for seconds Great service and great cake. 👍👍

Worst customer service. Location hired a bunch of kids who act as if they hate their job ..... I had a car full of kids everyone was trying to tell me what they wanted to order so we had to go to the window to complete our order a young girl with a bunch of face piercings and colored hair acted like it was a nuisance to take my order everytime she would turn away from the window she would roll her eyes her irritation was really rubbing me the wrong way I finally had to ask her if it was to much for her to take my order i would take my business elsewhere theres literally hundreds of other places near by that serve icecream this dairy queen is always having issues. If i was them i would hire people who could work under pressure and have better customer service skills. I will NEVER COME TO this location again.

Place had a gross greasy smell, and everything looked very dingy and unclean. I couldn't stay in the dining room while my partner and kid ordered, I lost my appetite and ended up waiting in the car.

I pulled up to the drive through window to pay for the second time eve coming to thos DQ. When I pull up I see a young man place my blizzard on the counter. While he sat my blizzard on the counter there are 2 young ladies next to the register and window. One with rainbow hair is trying to fix the piercing of the other young lady with black hair. They are adjusting and taking her piercing in and out for about 3 minutes. The ball of the piercing falls and the rainbow hair girl tells the black hair girl to go the the bathroom. She comes to the window and I tell her I'm tax exemption and then she tries to input the tax exemption and then calls someone over for help. They figure it out. I let her know I'm military as well. She then ask someone to come help her as well. The tall young man who has helped her twice is inputting the discount in. I ask is that my blizzard sitting behind the register, he states it is. I ask can I have a new one. He looks at me and asked why it ain't melted. I reply because it's been sitting there for a long time. He just walks away. SMH I pulled off.

Come on guys, nobody inside eating. Took 40 mins to get through the drive through! They are for sure napping or something inside. Don't take that long to fry some chicken strips. They need to replace everyone with people who wanna work

We went through the drive thru and although we did wait a minute or two for our hamburgers it was worth the wait they were delicious!
