Nothing like going to a restaurant and having one of the employees family come in and sit down with a dog. Not feeling like coming back.

All I can say is the young man working on 12/10 at lunch time running the whole front end.
He deserves the most pay you can give him
Not one person in fast food does this.
God bless this young man!!

We don’t have a Dairy Queen where we live so we hit one every chance we get and this was no different. Service and food were great.

Either this place has re recently been built or remodeled. As soon as I walked in I smelled paint. Then I walked by the freezer that usually houses the ice cream cakes, and it was empty. I later overheard that it was broken. The restaurant was eerily empty. It was one o'clock on a Friday. I would think it should have been busier.
We ordered our food and sat down. We sat for more than 10 minutes before the shift manager (I think) came over and explained that the cook did not see our order. He apologized and in another 5 minutes we got our food which was absolutely great! Well worth the wait. It's a good thing we were not in a hurry. Then we ordered some ice cream. Which was also good.
However, we were never offered any discount or coupons for future purchases since we had to wait so long for our food. If I were manager, I would definitely have done just that. It's just good business.

The most nastiest place in Tulsa
I was in the other night and waited over 5 minutes for staff to acknowledge me and take my order. When I finally was helped, this older lady with tattoos was extremely rude.

Quality just keeps going down. It used to be when you ordered extra Oreos in your blizzard you would get it. Now, they just charge you for it and give you vanilla ice cream with a spec of Oreos.

A Dairy Queen Disaster – Avoid at All Costs!
I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting the Dairy Queen in Tulsa, OK, and I can confidently say it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've ever endured.
Let's start with the bathroom situation. My wife bravely ventured in to freshen up, only to come sprinting back out in horror. The restroom was an absolute nightmare. We’re talking unfinished toilets and a level of filth that could make even the most seasoned diner gag. It was beyond unacceptable and made it clear that cleanliness is not a priority for this establishment.
But it got worse! As I waited to order our two banana split Blizzards, I had high hopes for a sweet treat to salvage the day. After an agonizing 15-minute wait, an employee returned to inform me that they were out of bananas. Really?! How can a place that prides itself on ice cream treats not keep bananas in stock? It’s one of their signature items! This is literally like going to a bakery and them telling you they’re out of flour. The incompetence is mind-boggling.
In a nutshell, between the unsanitary bathroom and the total lack of essential ingredients, this Dairy Queen has managed to fall flat on every front. If you're looking for a place to satisfy your sweet tooth, I highly recommend steering clear of this location. Save your time and money for an establishment that actually cares about its customers and maintains basic cleanliness and stock levels. What a colossal disappointment!

Finishing up reviews from experiences from a cross-country road trip from Michigan through South and to NM. This Dairy Queen had some of the WORST services I have had in a million years. I called them up and they were slow beyond all belief at answer questions about what were the cheapest foods.

We experienced good friendly customer service. The food was mediocre. The restaurant itself, dirty. all the tables were dirty but one.The bathrooms were gross.
