Came by at 5:27 am. Not open. Understand things happen and open a little late, but that is out of my window to make it to work on time.

I have already seen multiple reviews on the rude girl who works in the morning and she is still there!!! This location is the most convenient to me and open early which I love but the customer service is awful. She is beyond rude !!! Every single time you come. You can tell she just hates her job. I come at 530 every morning I come and there's never any apple fritters or reg donuts just cake. Again more laziness and poor customer service.

i walked about 15 mins ago and the lady who cashed me out had the biggest attitude, every questioned i had asked she sighed to multiple times she did not make me feel welcome and she seemed very annoyed with her job. i’m sorry but if you hate your job that much then maybe you need to look into finding a new one that doesn’t involve customer service, because she obviously doesn’t know how to be in the place with customers. i work in customer service and that was the most degrading thing i could’ve ever experienced.

i’ve never been to another donut shop with a slower drive thru. i come here every friday because it’s on the way to my kids daycare and it’s ALWAYS the same, even if there are just 3 cars in the line. I was the third car in line today and I was waiting for 10 minutes. it’s honestly ridiculous.

I’ve come here before at 9- 9:30 and they’ve had plenty of options left but this morning I came in and was sadly dissapointed. I don’t know if it’s Normal to be down to two trays left of stuff with an 1 and 30 minutes left open, but I thought it was poor selection especially with an 1 hour and 30 left of there doors being open.. I would think with that much time they atleast have more glaze or something. Nope!

I don’t understand why the drive thru line is so slow. Then when we got our food noticed the sausage rolls have half the breading they used to. Prices seem up and quality is down. There are better places to go for sure!
