This donut shop is always extremely slow but I have continued to support business. Today I’m in line while 9 months pregnant the lady decides to say “I need you to scoot over so you don’t lose your place in line” excuse me I’m literally having contractions and have been waiting for 15 minutes. Very rude! I will never spend another dollar there!

Perfect weekend morning spot to take my boys to pick out a few donuts. Friendly service and it's usually pretty quick even when they are busy.

Fast, friendly, and yummy. Highly recommend going early. Anything after 10 they start running out of items.

I walked in at 9:30, the drive thru was busy but nobody was waiting at the counter. A young man was taking my order, but the entire time there's this lady rushing around him, so it's no wonder I only get half my order of 10 donuts crammed in a bag. I asked if they were out of boxes, and he said I didn't have enough.
I get out to the car and look in my bag, and I'm missing 4 donuts. I go back in an tell the young man what is missing and that i would like all of them in a box. The lady runs over and says I just want them in a box, it's not enough donuts. I said there should have been 4 more donuts and I repeated my order from earlier. She said we don't have those particular donuts, and I said she did, but they had been sold since I left, which was only a few minutes. And that's ok, I ordered 4 other ones. She crams all the donuts she can into the smallest box, and the other 2 into a bag. The whole time she looks like she's about to blow up any second.

I'm a business owner. I understand frustration. I also understand dealing with rude customers. But I can't remember the last time I dealt with a rude business establishment. The lady running this place is overwhelmed, frustrated, and is most likely going to sink this business.

I'm the customer. I visited this establishment almost every week. I waited in lines, I picked whatever donuts were left, I always tipped $5 on a $20 order. But I'm the cause of the frustration, I'm the problem, because without me there's no need to rush, without me there's plenty of donuts.

There's no good mornings,
There's no thank you,
Just a frown.

So I'm going to do my part to help ease this lady's frustration....

I'll never go there again.

So many things. If you go early or on the weekends better be prepared to just get the basics. The fancy donuts are never ready. I did my time at a donut shop and it's rough getting up and getting all the things ready in time, but that's the job. And yes to the other reviews on the girl that likes to argue. And yes to the insanely slow line bc you have to order and pay at the same window. If someone else opens another store nearby with an efficient drive-thru they would be out of business in a heartbeat. Any takers?
Today was my last trip. Enough is enough when you can see there is no interest in improving.

***when I called to tell them they were so nice and offered a full refund. But I didn’t take it I was just happy they offered it. But looks can be deceiving. I thought I was about to have a good breakfast. They ran out of Sausage rolls at 9 AM. The coffee was cold. My ham, egg and cheese croissant had no egg in it so it was basically a ham and cheese sandwich warmed up in the microwave with a croissant. The blueberry donut holes were good, but the cake donuts were dry. The building looks new, but food not worth it. I would only recommend the donut holes.

I'm actually glad the drive-thru line was long because it made me go inside. I went in to get a dozen mixed donuts. Unlike other shops, they let you choose both rings and filled. At first, they tried to give me half a dozen glazed and a couple of rings—no cake donuts at all. I asked them to mix it up more and include a little of everything you're allowed to get in a dozen.
I’ve been here many times before, and the donuts are usually fresh and delicious. But at 7:30 a.m., I expected the same and was disappointed—they tasted anything but fresh and definitely not like the donuts I've enjoyed in the past.
