Regularly order here, but this time just wanted a couple 2 liters. Teenager/young guy acted indifferent and would not bag my items. He just held bag open. This was weird and strange from my previous experiences with this store. I would not expect this and for sure wouldnât do it if roles were reversed

I order 10 pizzas received only 2, had to wait for the other 8 pizzas delivered.
I called the store as it had already been a while and I wasnât sure when the other 8 pizzas were going to be delivered. I spoke to Erin the manager and Matt the general manager after I was told by the young man who answered the phone he didnât know when the other 8 pizzas would be delivered .
I asked both Erin and Matt if they would be offering me a refund or a partial refund for the inconvenience. Matt said he could cancel the remaining 8 pizzas and I will not receive them. Wow thank you for the great customer service on your mistake. I have 20 hungry people at my house waiting to eat.
The pizzas were not hot and fresh, they didnât even cut the pizzas completely.

we usually have gotten good service in the past, but the day I order at 11:18 to have the food here by 1:15, they delivered almost an hour late. According to their tracker, the food sat in Quality check from 12:54 to 1:23 when the driver left the store, the store is 3.6 miles away and it took them 30 minutes to get it to my door. The company I had here to feed, had to leave early to get themselves something to eat before they had to go to work. The pizza's were barely warm, the crust was not at all fresh. when I fiilled out their report a problem form, they offered me a free pizza or 20 % off an order....I spent $48 for pizzas which were not better than a cheap pizza from the freezer section. I am NOT a happy customer!!!

Delivery 2.5 late. called 3 times, and the last call ended with the manager telling me 'not his problem' and to call someone else if wanted it faster. All this after the app told me it was delivered 2 hours ago. Ordered regularly, no more.

Delivery took 50 minutes on a Tuesday night. Delivery is always slow at this location. Until they hire more drivers look elsewhere if you want hot pizza.
Gave me the entire wrong pizza, offered me a free one and when I tried to use my free pizza that was owed to me the store was so disrespectful and rude and told me nothing was under my number and nothing could be done and then hung up on me!! HORRIBLE customer service! I will not ever be returning to a dominos ever again. Shame on them!

Ordered chicken on a pizza and a chicken pasta but maybe got 4-5 itty bitty pieces of chicken on either, but they made me pay way more for it because it has chicken but then skimped so hard on the chicken it wasnât worth the extra money
