This location has bad product and bad service and nothing is fresh, I really wanted some delicious donuts and they gave me some donuts, all hard and they gave me the ones they wanted, not the ones I chose, so look for another area of Dunkin where the service and food are better.

This Duncan was in broken arrow and it was a complete failure. The employee didn't know what he was talking about with the style donuts that we were wanting. He lied and said some donuts did not come with other items where they did and were supposed to and Cleveland public whipped cream on the donuts thinking it would pacify us. I don't like being lied to and I did not like their service. He was not enthusiastic or interactive. It was almost as if he was too tired to come to work.

Door dashed donuts and coffee. Only got the coffee. The store seals the bags so the dasher can’t confirm the contents. Very frustrating! They also do not answer the phone at this location. I do not recommend spending any money or time with this location. Ridiculous!

I wish I read the reviews before coming here. We were the only ones in store with minimum 4 workers and still waited over 15 minutes for 2 coffees. Staff was too busy talking to their friends in the drive thru. Do not recommend

I love this Dunkin’! They get so busy in the mornings but they still have smiles on their faces and serve high-quality food and beverages. I do not mind waiting a little longer to get the quality of products I’m paying for! Very reasonably priced, some of the best coffee in town, and lots of menu items to choose from. You guys are doing great! Thank you!

This is the second time I have stop into this location. I haven’t had to pull around each time to wait. They just can’t get things right . My coffee was what I was told I was waiting on. A cup of midnight coffee shouldn’t taste like water and creamer. The time before that they didn’t add my creamer or sugar and my food was still cold in the middle. I had to microwave it when I got to work. I won’t drive by your competitors to get crappy food.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went today to get a box of coffee. The young man there at 4pm absolutely had no emotion. The coffee was watered down too while we waited there for maybe 25-30 minutes. I asked for cream - for a whole gallon of coffee he gave us 3 creams. He couldn’t give us cups. He didn’t even use words. He stared with no expression and would shake his head when we asked for more cream and cups. Worst service ever. To top it off he didn’t put a lid on the box, when we asked if it had a lid he did use words and said no lid goes on it. Yeah.. right. It spilled in the car. It definitely has to have a lid but wasn’t going to argue with a kid. It wasn’t even busy. Spreading the word for sure. Went to Krispy Kreme after.

This place was the same to me as the ones in Texas the food is not the greatest. Only time it's good is when it's fresh doughnuts. I've had Dunkin doughnuts in NY and we are seriously lacking here in Oklahoma. The bagel sandwich i got was sub par and the bagel was cooked to stone it was fun trying to bite into that sandwich. The food prep person was the sloth on Zootopia lol he worked at his own pace placing each piece of food on the sandwich with all the the time in the universe lol

I was excited to see a dunking donuts 🍩 because I come from new york. And it was closed at 7PM when it says it's open till 8pm. Sad. I wanted to try the donuts. My strawberry donut- haven't had in a while- sad
