This is the second time I have stop into this location. I haven’t had to pull around each time to wait. They just can’t get things right . My coffee was what I was told I was waiting on. A cup of midnight coffee shouldn’t taste like water and creamer. The time before that they didn’t add my creamer or sugar and my food was still cold in the middle. I had to microwave it when I got to work. I won’t drive by your competitors to get crappy food.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went today to get a box of coffee. The young man there at 4pm absolutely had no emotion. The coffee was watered down too while we waited there for maybe 25-30 minutes. I asked for cream - for a whole gallon of coffee he gave us 3 creams. He couldn’t give us cups. He didn’t even use words. He stared with no expression and would shake his head when we asked for more cream and cups. Worst service ever. To top it off he didn’t put a lid on the box, when we asked if it had a lid he did use words and said no lid goes on it. Yeah.. right. It spilled in the car. It definitely has to have a lid but wasn’t going to argue with a kid. It wasn’t even busy. Spreading the word for sure. Went to Krispy Kreme after.

This place was the same to me as the ones in Texas the food is not the greatest. Only time it's good is when it's fresh doughnuts. I've had Dunkin doughnuts in NY and we are seriously lacking here in Oklahoma. The bagel sandwich i got was sub par and the bagel was cooked to stone it was fun trying to bite into that sandwich. The food prep person was the sloth on Zootopia lol he worked at his own pace placing each piece of food on the sandwich with all the the time in the universe lol

I was excited to see a dunking donuts 🍩 because I come from new york. And it was closed at 7PM when it says it's open till 8pm. Sad. I wanted to try the donuts. My strawberry donut- haven't had in a while- sad

we ordered 1 dozen filled donuts through door dash, it took this store more than an hour to fulfill the order (1 dozen filled donuts from a donut store) the filling was almost a 1/2 tsp of filling on the inside, the taste was not bad, however the donuts were very small. I will not get donuts from this place again, which is a shame, we just moved to Oklahoma, and every place else we have lived we loved Dunkin. If you want a quality donut, you'd be better off going to walmart. We ordered for Breakfast, but it turned out to be more like brunch by the time we got our donuts.

If I could I would give zero star for this location. This morning I had order pickup I placed prior day. Went to find out the store is closed because manager has not made it to the store. I ordered from different store and got delivery on time. Most frustrating experience for sure.

The attitude of the lady speaking and at the window was the worst i’ve ever gotten here. i asked what something was and answered back like i was stupid. gave her the cash after i dropped my card in between my seats and had the worst look on her face.

I don’t review too often anymore, but this place has compelled me to post. It was soooooooo BAD. My husband did a mobile order, and we had given them plenty of time to get everything ready. When we get there, the order wasn’t ready. Like other reviews, they were out of the cookie dough for my husband’s iced coffee. He had to change his order right there. Given the fact that this place wasn’t busy, we waited at the window way longer than we should have.

The frosted donuts were the saddest things we have ever seen and the sandwiches were smashed. Needless to say, I definitely recommend going somewhere else for your donuts. Seriously. This place is just awful.

0930 on a Saturday. Told no eggs for at least the next couple days. Waited almost ten minutes and then told that a box of joe takes too long. Left with a donut. Store needs support. Box of Joe still available on doordash but not in person.

Having lived in Dallas, TX & West Orange, NJ i've lived with the tragedy of going w/o a creme filled donut on more than a dozen occasions depending on the time of day. Having moved back to my hometown of Tulsa and learning DD arrived 7yrs ago..I see the outages continue but are worse than ever! NO medium cups??! NO BREAD for avocado toast??! I mean DAMN! Why bother expanding to Oklahoma if you can't keep up with supply & demands? 5 stars for service bc the young lady was knowledgeable to assist me in getting a mere half of my ordered prepared. Don't get angry at the employees. Mgr likely has a limited order budget due to the franchise owner trying to save a buck. DD doesn't give a $hit abt these reviews bc they to get their franchise dues regardless if your order gets fulfilled. DD is an embarrassment, pull out of Oklahoma. Boo, go away! EDITED TO ADD: So instead of offering me a LARGE size drink to compensate for the lack of NO MEDIUM CUPS, they took it upon themselves to provide me a SMALL size instead! Allegedly part of my order will be credited back to my CC and the part was put on a gift card? I think she meant to adjust my CC charge and gave me the difference on the GC. I dunno, I am seriously considering just disputing the whole charge on my CC anyway. Call me petty, I don't give a $hit.
