Very poorly managed location. Out of donuts at 8 AM on a Monday. The weather forecast wasn't exactly a secret, now was it? How much revenue did you miss while making every customer angry? This store relies solely on its location, and makes no customer service efforts. Constantly seems as if it's trying to fail.

It’s currently 7:34, the app and the sign on the door says they close at 8:00 pm, but they are already closed.
There are workers inside, but the doors are locked and the drive through is closed. If you don’t want to serve people, just shut the whole thing down and quit.
We’re going to Dutch Bros. It’s way out of our way, but they’re open and have way better coffee anyway.

Donuts are ALWAYS barely iced! way overpriced for quality of food. I added two espresso shots but still can't taste the coffee in my $10 latte. I don't believe it had almond milk or Xtra shots, which I paid Xtra. The almost $6 omlete bites are like two scrambled egg silver dollars. I could of got a sit down dinner for $16

Paid 10$ for an iced latte with 2 espresso shots, couldn't taste any coffee at all. Food was bland and made a mess due to careless bagging. Most disappointing fast food in Broken Arrow. Location is also a nuisance with cars backed up onto Aspen. You got 1 job, at least get the coffee right!

Wait time 20+ minutes in the drive thru? A lot of cars just gave up. Unacceptable. This is usually the result of a manager/owner issue. Do better.

I ordered this breakfast sandwich 11/26/2024 @11:20am. I’m totally upset that I was sold a burnt breakfast sandwich and the manager refused to answer my call. Do not eat here.

I am always disappointed when I visit this store, whether it’s a wrong order which is almost guaranteed, missing item or poorly made food. I usually stop by because in spite of this sometimes I want one of the donuts. Well today was my last visit, I haven’t been in months and decided to stop by and get a breakfast sandwich and a donut. Which they were out of all things pumpkin except for muffins, they also still have signs up for items they don’t have anymore. So I settled on one of their regular donuts.This is the worst breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. Just the taste of it is horrible, the best thing out of my order was an iced coffee with no cream or sugar because if you order that you don’t even get coffee it’s a cup of syrup. Corporate needs to step up and take care of their stores and stop overcharging people for subpar food and drinks. This disaster cost me $12 bucks for iced coffee, a breakfast sandwich and a donut.

Was awful!! Got order completely wrong.. over charged us. I was so frustrated I left. They put the lg hot coffees up front with 2 ice coffees in back oh a carrier which it broke and burnt me I got a blister from it. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Awfull service.!!

Got two chai lattes with whole milk. I’d be shocked if it was anything MORE than just the whole milk. I could taste the slightest amounts of chai syrup in there, but it was so disappointing. When someone asks for a chai latte, they probably don’t mean “give me a cup of milk.” It showed up better on camera, but in person the drinks are both so pale it’s difficult to make out the “Iced” on the side of the cup.
