They are always out of everything. It would be nice if they would have a sign out before you hit the drive through. I waited in line for 15 minutes to find out they had like 3 donut types left. I ended up just leaving. So I sat in line for nothing. This happens a lot.

I only oder coffee when I visit Dunkin. I ordered Dunkin Midnight black coffee. This coffee is stout and very tasty. I did have to wait for it to be brewed, waited about 5 minutes for 1 cup of coffee.

The ladies at this location were very sweet and worked incredibly hard even though they were short-staffed. They were doing their best to get orders out on time. I would rate this location higher, but it’s clear the managers or higher-ups need to hire more staff. Expecting just two people to run a whole store? Honestly, I doubt the higher-ups themselves would last even an hour under these conditions.
